Shout out to Chris for outstanding customer service! I am renting a mini excavator from his business and i had some questions about the pickup. I contacted him this morning at 7:59am (On Labor Day) and he responded by 8:02am. I did not expect to get a hold of anyone on a holiday but took my chances.Awesome job! Great service. Their name says it all. It’s a no hassle tool rental company. I’ve rented pressure washers, dirt compactors, and even a Bobcat (which they delivered to my house). They are always friendly and accommodating. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this company. It is an amazing thing to be able to get the tool you need quickly when you need it.

Very knowledgeable and courteous. If you want to be treated fairly this is the place to go. I would definitely use them again.

Rented a water pump from them on Friday with a return on Monday morning. I have rented pumps before, but not from Easy Rental, and know to prime the pump etc. The engine worked fine, but the pump did not. I called the two emergency numbers, (Chris and Scott) and left messages for them to call me asap. (Since they were closed on Sat. and Sun, I could not return the pump). I received no return call. I returned the pump on Monday and asked for a refund. (I had a witness that confirmed the pump was inoperative) They agreed to that, and appeared to do just that on their computer. This was either Chris or Scott. Later, when I got my credit card bill there was no credit. I contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint through them. They contacted Easy Rental and ended up receiving no response. I got my refund through my credit card process. I will never rent from them again.

Sky lift Worked out great! Roto tiller worked great. Tamper worked but pull starter came off and they came out to fix!
