Absolutely DO NOT give these people your business!!! Was told our stuff would be ready Tuesday, so I went on Tuesday after trying to go at 12 but they had a we are on a 30 minute break sign so I went back up there about 2/3 they still had the sign up and was just sitting in their car and finally one of the girls came and said it would be okay for me to come in and then she told me it wasnt done so then told me to come back Wednesday and that theyll for sure be done, well I didnt have time so I went back on Thursday, and they werent done and couldnt even figure out where our order was, so I said since theyre still not done I will take them somewhere else to get them done because this is ridiculous!

Hours ate incorrect, dropped off something the previous week and went to come pick up on Monday. Sign says closed and the hours are 10-6 Monday through Friday. Also the telephone number is incorrect so I couldn’t call to check, so my uniform is still in the stores possession.

I’ve gone to almost every brick and motar establishment that does alterations in the Beaufort are and Kim’s is the best in my opinion.

Kim gave us chevrons at no charge. Super nice lady. Not the cleanest facility, but she does good work.

Been coming here for 3 years, never have had any issues. They always seem to have plenty of customers so they must be doing something right!

They were the only place my husband would go for his uniform. Well I would drop them off and pay and pick them up. Kim was always nice then one day I go in to get a rush job done, (my husband picked up rank and 2 days later bam surprise inspection) she yelled at me, mostly in Chinese?, and said to come back at 6. So I did go back at 6 and she said no 6 pn2 days from now and charged me. $50 extra for a rush charge on an order that was $40. When I came back 2 days later Kim yelled at me and made pregnant me sit in her car for 30 mins waiting for my husband to get there and deal with his uniforms. When he walked out with out looking at me he said were boycotting Kims.I suggest you do as well

This place has gone down hill and fast. When I first came to Beaufort in 2011 Kims was one time, friendly and the only place I would take my uniforms. I am not sure what has happened but recently they have took a major dive. I have had 3 different experiences with them that made me unsatisified. I dropped off a set of cammies to have name tapes sewn on them and a blouse to have chevrons sewn on and I went back a 2 weeks later and they still werent done, on the ticket I recieved from them it was supposed to be done two day prior to me going to pick them up. They told me to come back later that evening at 6pm and still I had to wait until 7pm for them to finish and I asked if they were going to take the price down and she said if anything they would make it go up more. The second time I went to pick up a set of cammies I had name tapes sewn on and also some uniforms that were dry cleaned, they couldnt find my dry cleaned uniforms at first and tried to give me the wrong size. Then I got home and they put my name tapes on a different size trouser bottoms. The third time I dropped my blouse off to have chevrons sewn on and I waited 3 weeks to go pick them up (after being told they would be done at the end of the week), they still werent done I asked for my blouse and chevrons back and the lady didnt want to give them to me, finally she did. A friend of mine took his uniforms to them and they lost them, they told him that they would call IF they could find them and that they wouldnt give him any money towards purchasing new ones. I have been hearing other bad reviews about this place too. I will no longer take my buisness to Kims due to the fact that not only are they not timely they are starting to get rude too.

Terrible service. I dropped off a blouse and paid an additional fee to have it rushed and when I came back on the day of pickup she said to come back in an hour! What kind of customer service is that? And I ended waiting an additional two hours although I was reassured that it would be done any minute. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs the staff is unable to keep obligations and if questioned they become very rude.

Horrible service. When she would say it would be done it wasnt it would be two days later. Horrible way to treat customers just if they let you know you gave us a time line stick to it.

Although the owner is very kind. The shop is a compleate mess. They have now twice not had uniforms ready after they have been in their shop for over a week, for a very very simple add on. Disappointed with the turn around time and lack of communication.
