Been banking here for about 5 years. Never have I had any problems from this bank. They handle issues quickly and efficiently. I get paid a day early and I get daily notifications from them

Horrible customer service. The man has a very nasty attitude and not helpful at all. I come here frequently and always encounter various problems. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. You can’t even ask a question without getting cut off. One minute you can do something, then the next minute you can’t. Also the unprofessional comment when they are amongst each other trying to be petty toward the customers out loud.

Told the teller I wanted to close the account they kept the 25.92 that was in the account and on the app says teller cash check garbage bank charges 5$ then a atm fee and any transaction made like a balance inquiry from the atm is 2$ freaking rip offs

Worst banking experience. Their employees are very unhelpful and rude. On several occasions they have given me wrong information that I was only able to get correct answers after calling customer service. They turned me away a minute before closing when I just needed to deposit a check.

Terrible customer service at the Walterboro Walmart branch. Last time I was in, I couldnt cash a check because they didnt have enough money What bank cant cash less than a $1000?Today I was turned away rudely for coming up to the desk a few minutes early. Moving my direct deposit and accounts to another bank. Will never recomend this bank to anyone.

They treat everyone like a criminal carrying a baby and bag and you have to stop and find receipts every single time

Horrible customer service from Lawrence Maldonado and should be working at McDonalds instead of a bank that people know and trust.
