It’s an understatement how easy it is to get a rental with these guys. My wife Wendy and I were due for a family vacation and our hope of finding a rental in time was slim to none then on the day before we had to leave we found LowCountry Car Rentals. I’d recommend anyone to give them a call before any other rental place around. We are 1000% coming back thanks guys! We loved our rental ❤️

Was able to get a car the same day because I was told a customer backed out. When I returned the car Ashley checked the mileage and we went into the building and then she proceed to say she smelled a faint marijuana smell. She had on a mask so idk how she smelled marijuana. I was charged a $200 fee. Cars have came through there smelling way worse and haven’t been charged because she supposedly know them or are her friends. If that’s the policy then charge everybody not just certain people.

Cant say ENOUGH positive things about this family-run company. They have gone above and beyond what I consider great customer service. Honestly - dont go to Enterprise, do go to Hertz, do go to Budget... go see the awesome people over at Lowcountry Car Rentals. AMAZING people and company of the highest caliber (which sadly you just dont find much anymore). Hands-down, no question - they are THE BEST. I only wish they had other companies, because I would certainly choose to spend my hard-earned money with them over any of their competitors.

I recently bought a car from these guys. Not only did they actually listen to our needs they put us in a car that was affordable and fit our family perfectly. They were friendly and patient as my toddler ran around playing with toys, accommodated with rides to and from dealership as needed and when it came time to sign papers, Parker brought the papers to my job so I didnt have to miss any work. To top it off, they gave us the car full of gas. Our entire car purchase was a wonderful experience and we cant thank you enough.

I called them when I was at enterprise because enterprise didn’t have no cars on there lot at the time due to hurricane Florence but when I had called I was told there have some and they are ready to be used.....
