Very disappointing. I was all ready to refinance my car loan here and there were way too many red flags to list. Most of all a $27,000 loan was not important enough for this agent to even speak with me let alone guide his employee in the process. I strongly suggest that BUYERS BEWARE! Take your time and make sure whatever they are selling to you is truly what you need and want.

One star for select workers who are genuinely friendly , courteous , professional and respectful . As for Andy ... I honestly have nothing nice to say about him . He was affronted with my race and surprised that I served in the military . Racist much ? He also whispered about me while he thought I couldn’t hear . There was one worker there who just assumed I couldn’t even afford insurance through them . I believe he name was Nicolette . I’m sure if he runs this business with his wife , she isn’t any better at all . Over all , DO NOT COME HERE .

Absolutely terrible people to deal with. My Mother In Law passed away and this insurance company simply cancelled us without any decency to even call. All we got was a uncompassionate letter stating that the original insured no longer owned the house. We were still making all of the payments on time by the way.I would never do business with them after hearing this kind of thing.
