Arrived to his property for viewing at 10am, when we arrived another couple was there waiting also. And began inquiring about if anything else was on the market cheaper. Looking through the window of the property the bed rooms are very small for asking price. After 10mims of my family and the other family waiting on Tom I went to my car to call and find out how long he would be. The other couple left when he answered the phone he stated he meant to call to let us know he would be unable to rent to us. Because he asked for more information we hadn’t provide yet. (Proof of landlord and pay) we provided our landlord information via phone call and he confirmed that everything was great. Pay we just didn’t send yet we figured if we liked the property we would move forward. He then stated that he looked my husband up and he was trouble because of a past eviction when he fell on hard times 5 years ago. He didn’t ask what the situation was or anything. Just wasted our time. Very rude and unprofessional I guess that’s why so many people have viewed and it’s still sitting on the market. Glady we are in a position where we make enough money to go anywhere and credit is no longer is set back either. We are still blessed you be blessed to Tom 😊. All situations don’t define a person

I am thrilled to find this location in Beaufort. It is very beautiful. I most likely will be moving sometimes close to the holidays or after the first of the year. Military beware of this rental company. They take advantage of service members. They are currently trying to charge rent on a house they no longer manage and when this fact was confirmed by the new property owner they threatened to contact the military command. Imagine everytime you disagreed with someone they tried to contact your employer.. disagree at Lowe’s= contact employer. Disagree at a restaurant = contact your employer..this is why there is a ”Solders and Sailors civil relief act”.

Just got off phone with Tom. I want to write this as opening up about my situation. I felt very upset and discriminated against. For one I am disabled. I worked many years and was injured badly. Yes I’m limited income. That doesn’t make me a low life. He stated no one will rent to me as I make under 24.000 a year and asked why I don’t stay here in Ga and why do I want to move to Sc !! So to open up to what is going on and hear no one will rent to me due to my income level. Or hear why I don’t stay in GA and why move to Beaufort SC. When I lived in Beaufort and rented before and have a good repore with my ex landlord of always paying and always doing upkeep Never felt so low after that conversation !!

I lived in one of Toms houses for over two years. Whenever there was an issue, Tom would send someone over to take care of the problem right away.
