Michael was prompt for the service call, evwruone can understand a delay and sometimes things takena bit longer than expected. However. I was told my washer needed a lid lock and the part would be in Monday, washer repaired likely Tuesday. I called on a Tuesday, service calls were being schedulwd for two days out, so Thursday, then factor the weekend...a Tuesday repair was reasonable. I called Megan on Wednesday and she informed men that rhe part had only been ordered on Tuesday because she hadnt needed to order any orher parts until then. The part arrived and the next day already had 12 service calls scheduled, so it was going to be Friday before he could get to me. Michael dis tet to catch mw Thursday evening but I was not home, and he called me as he was leaving town. My lid lock was installed on Friday around 300 pm. Michael is always very courteous and he is a very nice man. One suggestion I have would be to make sure to attend to repairing an existing order bedore completely booking a day wirh service calls. So as to leave no room to actually DO the work. The problem liea COMPLETELY with thw peraon answering the phone and making the schedule....sorry Megan. 😕

Came to repair on a NFM warranty. Fixed initial repair but still have problems. They came to take a look and were unsure of the problem and were going to do some research and get back to me. That was over 4 months ago......

They are amazing and they r fast at getting things fixed!!! And vary nice!!!
