I was nervous to have my hair and makeup done by a salon I had never been to before, but I was getting married 2 hours from my home! They did a beautiful job on my hair, exactly what I asked for. My makeup was perfect - I was so happy. 5 stars because it rained near the end of the wedding, my husband and I got caught in 10 minutes of a downpour, and my makeup/lashes/most of my hair stayed put despite mother natures best efforts! Thats quality service. Highly recommend!

Was given a gift card from my husband for Mother’s Day. Janet did my waxing and was very efficient and used two different waxes to do the job correctly. It was less painful than other waxes from various locations and I already have my next wax from her booked. Lauren did my deep tissue massage after and I was in heaven! She worked out all the aches and pains. It was not like any typical massage I’ve had in the past. She took the time to really get into each muscle and knot. It was exactly what was needed for me and I booked my husband an appointment with her when I was done!

That facial was every. Worth every penny. Janet did a great job, explained everything step by step. Very informative!

The place is very nice, but when going towards an interview she is not intrested.

Such a beautiful space, I love coming to Giannetta’s (Gianett/Janet). I have been a customer for about 4 years and the service is even more personable and professional than ever. Nicole highlighted and styled my hair today and completely transformed my hair. I needed some color correction after several at-home attempts during lock-down.I honestly felt like Cinderella today - I used a gift certificate that a dear friend gifted me for my birthday and was treated to my eyebrows during this experience by Gianett herself. She is an incredible eyebrow expert ! I had not known we had such an amazing and passionate artist right here in the Hudson Valley no need to ever go to Manhattan for this level of expertise. She does brow lamination (which I had not even heard of till today) tinting and microblading and of course beautiful shaping / waxing.I’ll be back to laminate my eyebrows - these days with masks 🎭 the eyes have to have it . Giannetta Salons is very chic offeringin the mix of the growing Beacon community.The staff is very friendly. The decor is cohesive and inviting to anyone, especially a native New Yorker (FYI by this I meant someone from New York City 😎). Yet, there is a subtle and cozy Italian villa vibe.There is an extensive selection of services to pamper yourself. Also, it is very big so you can have your privacy or be social in a group setting.

Andrea did my hair this time. She did a nice job fixing my damaged overly processed dyed hair bringing it back to my near natural dark brown color with very few honey highlights. This is an upscale type salon. Not a lot of chit chat is encouraged by the stylists. I think they want a zen like atmosphere. Also, its a bit pricey but very nice ambiance and pretty good sytlists!

Great salon! Not pressured to buy goods or services beyond what I was interested in. Sweet, friendly service and a great atmosphere. Definitely coming back 💛

They could have skimped out because, lets face it, the service was already paid for but Christina really took her time, explained everything, took my budget into account and was wonderful. Haircuts are often traumatic for me because of the amount of hair I lose.Ive been growing my short hair out for about two years and have had a number of bad cuts between.Giannetta is not one of those.On the contrary this is one of if not THE best haircuts Ive ever been given.I love that my hairstylist Wanda listened to what I wanted and was careful not to chop too much off but still gave her input in styling and layering. (I have some pretty thick bangs Ive been trying to grow out.)She evened out the step as she put it in my hair BEAUTIFULLY.Under recommendation I decided to get my eyebrows done as well. Which Ive never done before. Read-WOW.Love it.All the staff were super friendly.Allison at the desk (who scheduled my appointment) is a doll!

Lexi gave me an amazing haircut I loved it! Super friendly and understood her profession very well. She was very adaptable as well with how I wanted my haircut. All in all 10 out of 10!

Such a cute place, the decor is really nice and the people were very accommodating for my same day appointment! They did such a thorough job with my shampoo and made my hair feel so nice and soft. She trimmed my hair perfectly and gave me a little style before heading out. Ill definitely be back!

Melissa is an excellent colorist and sylist. She has been there for many years. She is professional and knew exactly what I wanted. Very nice ambiance and delightful staff.

I received a facial and microdermabrasion from Rebecca K. last week. It was very relaxing and I felt totally cleansed and rejuvenated when I left. She explained the procedure and products used. I will return to Rebecca in the future for facial care.

Sarah and Amanda are true professionals in their fields. Smiling faces, coffee, tea and fruit infused water. Bright and clean environment. A multitude of services available... color, cuts, mani and pedis plus massages and facials. A lovely day spa on Beacons west end.

I got a gel manicure here yesterday and it was probably the worst I’ve ever gotten. I didn’t realize until the end that the woman wasn’t painting all the way down to my nail beds, so my nails on day 1 already looked about a week grown out. The sides are also not painted to the edges and are super uneven. The woman who did them was the sweetest person ever and I feel bad even writing this, but it was so bad. Plus the polish was clearly at the very bottom of the bottle so it wasn’t applied smoothly at all. Instead of long strokes it was sort of dabbed on in little patches. I wanted to suggest getting a new bottle but at the same time, I’m not a professional nail tech, that’s why I’m paying money to get my nails done here. Like am I supposed to point out the very clear fact that the nail polish bottle is empty? This place has good reviews for hair but I would not recommend it for nails.

Beautiful high end place. Everyone is pleasant, my hair stylist was great, explained every single step of a process I was having done. Did a great job in the first round of lightening my hair but ultimately did not accomplish the color I wanted, after a couple of washes the color would change to blonde...I want silver since I have many gray hair on the top and side of my hair, I want to embrace my grays...$800 committed and still not achieving the color. Decided on leaving it alone, 😕

I can’t say enough good things about Giannetta’s. Janet took care of my skin in the months and weeks leading up to my wedding with facials and microdermabrasion which made my skin so smooth and healthy, and she perfectly shaped my brows. I did a hair and makeup trial with them which helped us to decide how to do things on the big day. Got a mani pedi a few days before the wedding which held up well and made me feel pampered. I absolutely LOVED my hair and makeup on my wedding day. The rose gold eyeshadow palette complemented my jewelry, and stood out great in pictures. My up-do was one of the most unique styles I’ve ever seen, Andrea and Amethyst helped create it like a work of art and I’m crazy about it! I highly recommend these pros for any service.
