My firm has been a tenant of PS Executive Centers in Beachwood for a few years now and weve been very happy! The office staff is very friendly and professional. The office is kept clean and is currently going through a renovation. I would highly recommend contacting Theresa if you are looking for a great and fairly priced office space to rent.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. They go above and beyond in regards to accommodating my needs. Perfect location with a great office and views. I love the extra amenities they offer. Also the office is super clean and always smells good!! I highly recommend them when looking for office space.

I needed a virtual office address because Google couldnt distinguish between my law practice and my brothers when we were sharing the same office address. I found PS Executive Centers in Beachwood.For the last year and a half, I have maintained a virtual office address with PSEC. The cost to have this Beachwood address is nominal, but Ive gotten much more than just an address. I meet clients there (the location being less than a quarter mile from I-271 is incredibly convenient) and frequently conduct depositions in one of the conference rooms that PSEC makes available -- even Zoom remote depos, when I want my clients to testify in a quiet business setting. Sometimes I reserve an open office for all or part of a day and then go there to work -- just for the change of scenery. WiFi is available, along with other amenities, and everything is always clean and inviting.Everything is first rate, and I am very happy to have discovered the building and the service. But even the nicest building with the best address is nothing without professional, competent people to manage and maintain it.Mel and Teresa do a spectacular job of running the business of PSEC in Beachwood. Both have been responsive to all needs, questions, or concerns (actually, there havent been any concerns), and they have never been anything but professional, kind, and accommodating to me, my clients, and other visitors.As I said, Ive maintained this address for over a year. I point this out because when the initial 1-year contract term was up, I didnt give a second thought to continuing my business relationship with PS Executive Centers. Ive got a pretty good sense that Im going to remain a client of PSEC for some time.

Have had an office here for over 7 years and it is great!!! Current management and staff if very helpful beyond words could ever express. I would recommend to anyone looking for office space to come here first. You wont be disappointed!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give a million. Great job PS Beachwood - youre the best!!!

I have used the PS Executive office for at least 5 years. I mostly use the Beachwood office and occasionally the West Side office. Previously I was using offices of another company with a similar operation, and offices around the world. PS Executive is far better. The staff is friendly, reliable and the price is far lower.

PS Executives business practices do not seem to be favor of retaining customers and customer satisfaction. I dealt with a branch manager so cant say if the President and VP have fostered this type of culture. I was a new and first time customer and only need the virtual address service. I kept my end of the contract for the year. In accord with their policy I mailed them a letter specifying I would no longer be renewing my contract. They took it upon themselves to charge me a fee passed my contract date because they say I didnt specify I did not need their transition service. So, in effect they extended the contract. I asked them in the name of Good Business not to charge my credit card and I did not need any transition service. They well knew I didnt need it as I never used any of their additional services. I was ignored and they went ahead and charged my card anyway. On top of all of this it has been almost3 months and I have not received my retainer deposit. This is totally unacceptable for a business to treat its customers this way. I only used minimal virtual address services. I was even investigating of doing more with PS Executives but that is out of the question. I want to warn anyone out there considering doing business with these people.

The people who work at PS Executive Centers go above and beyond for their clients. Im very glad I chose to office in this location.

I want to say that so far I have had a great experience with PS Executive Centers and that they have some of the best staff who dont mind going the extra mile. Thanks PS Executives I plan on being with you for years to come as my business grows !!!!

Used PS for temporary office space. Everything seemed fine until I got the bill. They slip in ridiculous extra charges such as $50 for a print job. The branch manager, rather than fixing the problem, defended this practice and in the process lost a good paying customer. I will not return.
