Horrible installation, then they will charge you for it. The contractor left garbage all over the place and just drilled and left the cable there. AT&T tucked their wires neatly. You can see the white wire next to the gutter, thats what they SHOULD HAVE DONE. My neighbors all have their wires tucked neatly. There is no excuse for this other than them not caring. If you have them install something, be sure to baby sit them because they obviously dont care about you or your property. Oh, and if you want them to make it right, they will come out and charge you again for making it right.

The staff person that waited on me was not knowledgeable on the installation kit I picked up. The written instructions were not up-to-date. I was previously told I didnt need cable boxes, when actually, I needed the boxes because I didnt own a Samsung or another brand of tv. Spectrums app was no longer available except on those two brands of tv. If you owned those TVs, you wouldnt need the cable boxes. I had to make another run back to the store to pick up the boxes. Followed the instructions and couldnt get any TV connections. The WiFi worked, but the TVs didnt--had to schedule a technician to come out three days out.

I’d rate this store zero stars if I could!I visited in Thursday Feb 11th and the customer service is terrible. I dealt with Michelle I believe her name is and Marques and they were rude beyond measures not only to me but to a spectrum rep over the phone as well. I contacted the manager for this store (after being told there wasn’t a manager) and still have yet to fully speak with her about everything that has taken place. I’d recommend going to a different spectrum store for your in store experience because this just wasn’t it at all. To have to formally make a complaint about an entire staff in one visit is just ridiculous.

Terrible location, walked in on memorial day encountered the large black male whom is extremely lazy, was quick to tell me they were out of HD boxes without even checking..interesting contacted support to ship me a box & confirmed the Beachwood store in fact had boxes!

Time will tell. Recently changed cell phone provider. Sales staff was helpful a little with phone I purchased. Sales associate can was pleasant and tried to help. Best advise given as to transfer of data assistance with apps was, Call geek on app or manufacturer of phone. Guess I was expecting too much.

I was in Cleveland for 2 nights to install cameras and locks on my Uncles house. The cameras required internet and wifi, and I chose to pick up the equipment from Beachwood store. Unfortunately I was not given the router (only the modem). When I returned to ask for the router, I was told that I had a modem+router combo and that I needed to go home call a number to activate my account. I was given the set of instructions we already received. I was the only customer in the store, there was 3 reps and a manager. The rep talking to me had such disdain for me even being there. I felt like something was not right. I returned to my car and explained to my husband what happened. Since he was installing the unit (but it was my account), he recognized the drawings on the instructions and said, nope we were only given the modem. He then went in to ask for wifi router. Well he returned with the router and was also told that I asked for no wifi. Funny that now I didnt want wifi when before I had equipment that was both modem and router. Which story is true? So here is the crux of this review...why on earth would you as the Customer Rep go thru the pains of the lies instead of just reach in the closet and hand me the router the first time? Why would you not do your job? I had 2 nights in town to get some tasks done and your resistance to doing your job and your dependence on my ignorance to help you avoid work put one of the tasks at risk. Your behavior is appalling. Why? Why would you want to do that to someone?

Went in to pick up a wifi router and activate my account. Staff seemed irritated that they had to help me. They were not able to activate the account, saying the only way was to call the number that I already called and could not help me. Asked to speak to a manager (Monica White), but she was in a meeting and did not know when she would be out (really???). So I sat down to wait. After 10 minutes, I asked again if she knew when she would be out. The staff came back and said everything was good now, my account was activated and ready, just go home and plug in. They were lying, of course, I went home and added wifi and it wants the same things that were asked for when plugging into the modem. Its no wonder Spectrum gets bad ratings with frequent outages and 4 staff in a store with 1 customer who they cant be bothered to help.

This location does not give you a receipts for purchases or recognizes when you turn in cable boxes. Plus they quote your payment for services will be one price, but when you call Spectrum on the telephone the price they quoted you will pay for services isnt what Spectum cites on their side. Something is not right here. Be aware.

A new local location. When you walk in its huge! You sign in on a tablet and then someone will assist you when ready. To the left appears to be modem, router and TV cable boxes. Straight center are a couple rows of kiosks with all the different phones available. To the back on the left side are some tables with chairs. To far back is a payment kiosk or 5-6 different desks where the reps will assist and check you out. Went in today for a simple few questions and to check this new location out. Everyone was helpful and glad to not have to drive so far for any issues.

Unauthorized collection of fees, unstable network, they told me to temporarily not charge for three months, but I accidentally received $386 bills, forced me to pay, but I did not use the network and suspension, do not use this company.
