I just cant say what a tremendous gift Donna has given me. In just 1 short session, she helped me uncover the root cause of my fear of heights, she removed the fear fully, helped me heal from the cause of it, and programmed a new belief pattern of strength and confidence. I was able to climb up and down a very narrow and steep spiny mountain peak with 1500 foot drop offs on either side with Zero fear- when I previously could not come down from a ladder! Donna absolutely changed my life. Forever grateful.

I had the pleasure of having a session with Donna this past January. it was my first time ever receiving Hypnotherapy. I personally went to help with my over thinking and biting and picking at my cuticles when I get anxious/nervous. Donna was super welcoming and instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She talks to you as if you are friends and there is never a point in the whole session she made me feel judged. I am happy to announce that it has been over 3 months since my session and I have yet to pick/bite at my cuticles. My nails and fingers look better than they ever have. I also am really reworking my thought processes when I start to over think/get anxious and I do believe the hypnotherapy helped jump start this. I would totally recommend going to Donna or at least reaching out to her if you are wondering if Hypnotherapy is right for you!

I had an amazing past life regression with Donna. It provided me with some clear answers to things I am experiencing in this lifetime. Many issues are beginning to make sense, and it is like several switches have been flipped on to clarify and enhance my life with a newfound understanding. One of the many things that have been clarified is my fear of being hit from behind while driving. The visual of the car accident that took my life was caused from being hit from behind by another vehicle. Since my Session, I have had several lucid dreams that are very revealing, along with images that appear during waking hours. As these images arrive before me, I have the ability to cut the cord and let them go. Donna made me feel very comfortable right away and that helped me relax into the process of the regression. Having never done hypnotherapy, while I was not apprehensive, neither did I have any idea what to expect. The entire process, from Donna’s office to her personality to her guided imagery, is very peaceful and calming. Her ways and her voice are gentle and compassionate.I sought her help for an after-effect from a medical event that occurred nearly two years ago. Both traditional medicine and acupuncture had helped a great deal, but some lingering effects remained. By the time I returned home (about 20 minutes) after my first session, I knew that we had made substantial progress. And this was after a plateau of symptoms that had lasted about six months, that were apparently resistant to further help from traditional medicine or acupuncture.I had another session a week later. While my symptoms have not totally disappeared, I now have a knowledge that they can be largely removed whenever they start up again. And I may see more progress with continued use of the mental process that I learned from my two sessions.The occurrence of the symptoms is far less frequent, and when I notice the symptoms have returned, I now have a means to release them before they become more entrenched, as had been the case pre-hypnotherapy.

I worked with Donna as my hypnotherapist in early 2011. I had been struggling with a very strong belief that I was not good enough stemming from my relationship with my very tough dad who was committed to make me tough enough so that I could get along in the world when he was no longer there to protect me. I read his behavior as proof that I was not good enough to meet his expectations and who wants to love someone who is not good enough.Through her amazing abilities Donna was able to give me the courage to see my situation differently and after going back to my days as a child and then teenager where these erroneous beliefs became the focus of my existence she was able to shine a light on the truth which was that my dad did love me and only wanted me to be safe. He gave up his loving relationship with me to try to make me as tough or tougher than he was.After seeing Donna (we were friends before that and continue that friendship today) I was able to discard those old beliefs and see myself as a powerful, successful attorney.
