They dont care nor do they listen their patients. I swear the doctors are only here to feel important

I have other medical issues and the counselor got smart that I miss a appointment. No one has fixed the problem yet. Smh.

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I have an alcohol problem and I have no problem admitting to that, I tried getting help at this place about a year ago but I havent been able to bring myself to return here, the psychiatrist I opened up to and asked for help from laughed at me, right at me after I asked him to help me.Please reply with how to contact you. You had many workers who seemed to really care, I wish to give you another chance because they made a huge difference in my life even after I quit. I cant remember his name but if we talked Im sure youd know who he is, I want to go back to go group meetings.

Ive had great experiences here and theyve really helped a lot. However i think it depends on what doctors you have and who you deal with patient-services wise. Some are great, some could be better. As long as you advocate for your needs and dont take anything less, you can end up with great people.

I would give 0 if I could! Do not come here!!!!! I am on the bus line and called to come in as a walkin because I was told because they scheduled me at the wrong location and I could not get there I would have to come in as a walk in. I called to see what the walk in hours were and was told I could walk in until 2pm. I get here at one and am told I would have to wait 1 hour to 1:30 TO SEE if they can see me today. Im like why didnt the lady on the phone tell me the staff is full for today as to not waste time on the bus coming from w150th to Beachwood and a waste of money on bus fare and the only thing they can tell me is sorry come back WHAT!!! Thats a government business for you. Not in it for the patient but for the government money!

Would give lower if possible. Had intake then was told Id get a call to schedule appointment, had the call on the 11th of June , was told my appointment is for Thursday the 13th, so 2 days away at 3:30. I show up at 3:10 I am writing this review from their empty waiting room at 4:50pm and they are telling me that my appointment is now Tuesday at 3:50

Drs come and go like buses. Then a new dr will act like they know,u after 1 session. Im bipolar 1 and schizophrenic and the RN director and new dr told me they were going to take me off all my meds?! Nuts. Thats not right. Ive been on meds for 4 decades. Ive been a patient at Signature Health for 13-14 years. Dont use this place unless you have no other optuons.

If I could I would not have even given them one star.My doctor recently moved from Signature Health in Willoughby to Connections in Beachwood, I never had a problem getting ahold of my doctor when she was at Willoughby. I had my first appointment with my doctor since she moved, I have not been able to get ahold of her, Ive left at least 6 messages. When you call they keep connecting you to a voicemail (apparently a company wide voicemail), you leave message and no-one calls you back. For a mental health agency this is beyond unacceptable!!! I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to Connections, they are unprofessional in the way they handle patients!

Website does not indicate that the pharmacy is not open on Saturday. It shows the office is open 9-2, but no mention that the pharmacy is closed.
