I saw Sarah for quite a few months to address PTSD and an eating disorder. We were supposed to do EMDR which she is trained i . I saw her for 4 months and I repeatedly asked when we would be doing EMDR and we never did. She is a very respectful, nice and attentive therapist but I really feel like she did not do what she said she was going to. It was very frustrating and felt like I was just wasting my time.

I dont usually write reviews but unfortunately I was treated very poorly by the secretary at this office. I called to ask about a very delayed credit card charge and was spoken to in a very condescending manner. A business is only as professional as its weakest link. Would not recommend.

My counselor works there and she always helped me. And they charge a reasonable copay with my insurance.

The secretary is beyond unprofessional

Everyone in this office is extremely nice and efficient!! And I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Jessica Rudd.

Friendly staff, the doctor I work with has helped me tremendously through highs and lows. Very pleased with how I am valued and taken cared of.

My review is for heather green who I saw at this facility. I saw her a total of 2 times. The first and initial time I saw her she took me back 15 minutes late and she answered her cellphone during our “session”. She was rude, condescending and awfully holier than thou for someone who doesn’t even have a PhD. Against my better judgment I saw her again (partly because my copay was only $30). The second time I saw her, she took me back 10 minutes late, was on her phone AGAIN, texting and looking things up, for 60% of the session. She literally was talking about books and movies and her friend who makes granola bars to me. She then told me that I should be more grateful for the things I have in life (I practice yoga) because, and I quote, “not everyone has a body to do yoga with”. She also told me I should be more grateful for being financially stable because there are children in third world countries who have to cup dirty water out of streams to drink. You couldn’t pay me to see her again and I pity anyone that does. She also had the audacity to send me a bill for $46 in the mail with my name spelled wrong. Get real.

I have friends and family that have utilized the services offered here, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
