Best place Ive been to for cleanings in my life. Im 37 and been going here for I believe 4-5 years now. They have always had the apt day and time available for me and never had to reschedule me. They always send me a reminder email and text the days before. The whole staff always is friendly, smiling and welcoming. Ive had several different hygienists clean my teeth and all were friendly, thorough and as gentle as possible making sure I was always comfortable. A+ for everyone there Ive ever had contact with!

I cannot say enough but this office, they are amazing. I always hated going to the dentist and the hygienists and dentists here are all wonderful. They take the correct precautions for COVID and ask all the right questions. I would go to the dentist maybe once every few years and now I havent missed an appointment in 4 years since starting with them. Best choice was switching the whole family here.

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife who is a recent patient of Dr Adelsteins.His office building is easy to reach from Interstate 271 and Chagrin Blvd. There is ample outdoor parking. The wearing of masks is still observed inside the building as well as limiting the number of people riding an elevator at one time.I accompany my wife to her appointments and have found the staff to be courteous, friendly, and professional. The office is clean and the waiting room chairs are spaced according to Covid 19 recommendations.At our visits, my wife is seen promptly, and we have not had to wait more than 10 minutes for her to be called.We are very happy with the care my wife has received from Dr. Adelstein. He makes one feel at ease and has gone the extra length to make sure that my wife gets an appointment with a consultant in a reasonable period of time if needed. He has personally called the consultants office to assist in this regard.My wife and I would definitely recommend Dr. Adelstein to anyone for their dental care. He is professional, competent, and caring.

Dr. Lempel was amazing. Had a difficult procedure and she was amazing. Constantly checking how am I doing.

Dr Lempel is kind, caring and patient with our kids. They came to he with a whole host complicated dental needs and she has been treating them each individually with attention to detail and their future dental health. Highly recommend this practice.

He has been extremely helpful in addressing all of my dental needs and persistently following up with an elusive issue that has been plaguing me for months. I have been with them for over 22 years. Their patient care, with caring interaction, is something I dont see much anymore. They are gentlewhile they work, will always be sure you are comfortable by asking during their procedure. They have state of the art dental equipment, which shows how much they do care about their patient. The sign of their employee dedication, having been their almost 22 yrs., also, is a comfort zone for anyone. Please docs, dont leave me, !!!

Dr. Adelstein was absolutely wonderful, extremely personable and fit us in for a same day appt do to severe tooth pain. He offered amazing advice on treatments. He offered alternative treatments and didnt push us to any specific specialists. Highly recommend. Also a very modern and friendly office.

They were great. I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist and they made me feel very comfortable and worked with me to make my visit as quick and easy as possible.

Stellar dentistry, and I appreciate the comfort factor: a bolster pillow upon request, likewise a mouth prop (aka bite block). No more cranky neck or sore jaw! All of the people -- dentists, assistants, staff -- are incredibly nice.

Painless, friendly, and they have been my family dentist most of my life. Update for 8/19/20: Had a filling crack recently. They got me in right away and replaced it before it advanced from ooh... thats sensitive to hot and cold foods to ouch! that really hurts.
