I went to EZ Tech because I needed assistance with something computer related. I was not disappointed. I think the gentleman that helped me was John?My memory isnt what it used to be so I hope I got his name right? He was respectful and he knew what he was talking about. That was the most important part to me. But respectful is definitely a good way to start off with a new customer! Let me start off, 10/10 would recommend! I brought my gaming pc here on a Saturday, told the man there what was happening with my computer after I tried installing ram the night before. He told me they would diagnose and call me and tell me what the problem was. On Monday evening, they called me told me I would either have to replace or repair my motherboard, they broke down costs and timing for both options. I opted to just get to Motherboard repaired which would take 2 days, so I was expecting them to be done either Wednesday night or Thursday morning. They called me and told me they finished on Wednesday Morning! I went on Thursday morning, they showed me what they had done on the computer, and that everything was working just fine. I pay a incredibly fair price for the repair and the installation of my ram. The guy there was very kind, communicative, and professional. I now have my pc back home and running like nothing every happened! 10/10 I would recommend to anyone with similar pc problems! Thank You EZ Tech!

After attempting to install my new CPU on my computer I got met with a surprise that my computer would not show a display. Called these guys up and they took my computer in right away for a diagnostic, had it diagnosed in one day and fixed in the next. Very professional, curtious, and all around excellent service. John behind the desk was very knowledgeable and even explained the mistakes I made to avoid if I ever venture down the road of upgrading something again but honestly I think I might be better off just bringing it to them in the first place to avoid all of the headaches. Oh and to top it all off the prices were very fair for the work performed. Would recommend them to anybody with a gaming PC or any other kind of computer for that matter

If you need help creating an email then these are definitely your guys. I brought my gaming pc in for graphic issues and they sold me a bigger hard drive for $500 plus 50$ diagnosed fee and still didn’t tell me what was wrong with my pc they just upgraded my hard drive space and told me the games would run better because of it. Came home and my games still ran the same.Feel like I got ripped off. Don’t bring your stuff there just go on YouTube and figure it out yourself, instead of bringing it to them.

These guys were exceptionally Professional, Knowledgeable and EZ to work with. Took my business laptop to them on Tuesday afternoon, received a diagnosis on Wednesday, and had it back in operation with a new harddrive and operating system on Thursday. Its working even better than before. These will be my go-to guys for any computer work I need. Highly recommend.

Google says theyre open, all the signs around their building says open, but theyre closed on Sundays apparently. Please update your hours and maybe turn off your open signs when youre closed.

Called to make an appointment. I was asked what is wrong with the pc. I explained and in the middle of explaining the issue, i was told to just bring the pc in. The EZ Tech technician as called for some computer work and was here within 24 hours of my call. He hooked up a second computer fixed the audio problem and established. He also brought back a deleted file and straighten out and advise me of a mistake I made on a print problem.
