They did our outdoor tile and were the only contractor we hired that year that actually did a good job. They tiles were placed beautifully, level, and cut in unique designs. When we installed a roof extension, tiles were damaged in order to cut a hole for the support pillar. Baytown floors came back and patched the area so well I would never be able to tell it wasn’t part of the original design.

Baytown Floors will be appealing based on the false pricing they give you. Once you are midway through the project, they will surprise you will thousands of dollars of unexpected costs.Highly suggest going with a more honest company.

We recently changed out our carpet for vinyl flooring. The salesman (James) was super patient with us as we took home sample after sample over many days. He was never pushy and never tried to up-sell us on anything. He was perfectly on time for the free estimate, and his crew was on time for the install to the hour (unusual for contracting work!) They worked hard and knocked out the project in a day and we love the result. I would recommend Baytown Floors to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their flooring.

When flooring was first installed everyone was nice and accommodating. Three extra boxes of flooring were ordered that the workers were instructed to take back to the shop and Im like that aint happening. I paid for it, its staying here. Same thing with the carpeting that was ordered. Had a whole room left over. I kept that too. No telling how many people they have done that too. Would periodically drop in to check on them and they would be in my fridge getting the food and drinks placed there by them. No one gave them permission to use my fridge. Came in and walked in on a guy in my bathroom fixing his hair. Worker spit on my subfloor before covering with the flooring. Left concrete on my walls. Left a mess on the porch that they had to come back and clean up. Super nice to you when they are quoting the job but dont need them to do anything else because you will never hear from them again. Would defiantly not recommend at all. Flooring is nice and they have a nice selection to choose from but their professionalism is lacking now. I have had my flooring for almost a year now and have an issue that I need the company to address and they will not answer the phone or call back after leaving numerous messages.

Knowledgable showroom staff, skillful installers. We had outdoor tile installed, and then repaired a year later after we added a pillar for an awning. They were swift both times and did a great job.

Had laminate in our home installed by them several years ago. Still disappointed as the day they were installed.

Most difficult conflict to get repre to view the flooring separating and rising in kitvhen area path to exterior door. Heather was great at sale, but indifferent with my problem, James insulting stating only one year warranty. Laid in 2018, moved in August, 2019 due to long time of sale of Florida home, Poor relationship after paying up front. Would not recommend. Sorry I did not get Hall flooring. My husband and I are VERY pleased with our experience at Baytown Floors on Hwy 146. James was our sales rep and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process from measuring and bringing samples home to some sound advice about the aesthetics when trying to match or contrast existing flooring. The flooring crew that installed the floors were kind and professional and did a beautiful job on our tile as well as a good cleanup job upon completion. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Walked in to the store was there for 30 min no one even greeted or acknowledged me. I saw a piece that I was interested in. I had it in my hands in front of the lady at the desk for 10 min. Although she was with a customer she kept looking at me and not saying a word. I eventually walked out wasted almost an hour of my time. Judging by the other reviews Im glad these people did not do work for me. How this place stays in business is beyond me.

Im a custom home builder, and Ive been working with Baytown Floors for a while now. They do a lot of my countertop and flooring work. Their prices are reasonable, and the service is outstanding. While the showroom may seem far from Houston, driving East on I-10 is a breeze compared to going West. Heather Breeland is wonderful!

They totally suck. Owed us refund of 450 dollars and ask and ask went into store couldnt find our reciept found it told us we would get back 450 out of 1100 for restocking fees they lost reciept never got the money ask over 10 times and went in 5 of it!! Also sent registered letter Total Rip off!!

I would exercise extreme caution if you decide to deal with this business. They really rely upon the old bait and switch. Every time I talked to them I was told something different. Was told my confusion with the price was based on a mistake by one of their employees. I took them at their word on the mistake and was still willing to work with them. Everything after that was all very shady. No matter how much he came down on the price of the tile or the installation price, the overall quote stayed about the same. Im no genius, but this doesnt seem right. Good luck.

My husband and I are very much pleased with the service we received from Baytown Floors. They were referred by a family member, related to us that used their services last year where they had installed hardwood floors...and it was beautiful. I contact Baytown Floors on Wednesday, Aug 29th and spoke with Omar...I told him exactly what I wanted-hardwood floors. I gave him the brand type and color along with the measurements. He called back in about 20 mins...with and estimate. His estimate was a fare price, so I called my husband to discuss it with him and he was ok with pricing. I called back and spoke with Mr. Helmi...found out he was the owner, this is good. I then ask when could I have this service done. He said Friday...keep in mind we live in Montgomery, miles and miles away. He assured me that he could have a crew there Friday and they would have the job done probably Friday evening...guaranteeing I would love the work. Jose and his crew was at my house at 9:00 a.m. Friday and was done by 6:00 p.m. My FLOORS are beautiful and I mean beautiful (Hardwood -Alamo-Bowie), the crew was pleasant, professional with good customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! We found them online and stopped by to see their selection. We spoke with Helmi who is the owner or manager who told us our job of about 760 sq ft. would be done in 3 days. After shopping around we decided to use them. To save them time I moved all my furniture myself that way they could show up and get right to work. His crew showed up on a Monday, worked until noon, then called it a day and said they would be back tomorrow!!?? I called and spoke to Helmi who assured me they would be done in the 3 days since there would be more than 2 guys. Tuesday morning comes and the same 2 guys show up a little after 9:30am and was told a third was on his way . . . He never came! Eddy the contractor doing the floor says he does not know why Helmi said 3 days because he will not be done until Friday. I call Helmi again to inform him and assures me that they will be done Thursday. This goes back and forth until Saturday at about noon then they finally finished. Even though it took twice as long as we were told they still left uneven spacing, dirty appliances and cabinets, and I had to fix my glass storm door which they somehow broke. I had to give at least one star but it should have been -5. Save yourself the headache and find another place.UPDATE: I do not know what you mean when you say that you sent someone to do a final clean of my house. I cleaned my house and fixed the door your guys broke.4/30/2016: Helmi stopped by my house today to look at the work. I showed him everything and he said it was a great job so I guess this is the kind of work they normally do. I mentioned that we did not have a choice of the grout so they did not send the samples like they said but made that choice for us. He did offer me a $250 check for the damages they did but I also had to take this review down so I told him to keep his money. I hope you choice to go with some another company and dont have to deal with something like this.UPDATE: Your installers never cleaned anything . . . We cleaned it all. They did fix some tiles that were not installed properly. As for us requesting $1,200 to remove this review . . . TOTAL LIE!!!! I told the owner that the only way I would be satisfied will all of this was to get the cost of labor returned as that was not done properly. I told him I would pay for materials as all that was indeed installed but labor was not what it should have been. The owner is full of nothing but lies and does not appreciate or value your time even after calling get to discuss issues multiple times. Save yourself the headache and anger and just go somewhere else!

My experience with these guys was terrible they tore up my walls very sloppy and unprofessional installers. Left nails and trash everywhere put drinks on antique furniture. When I talked to the manager and owner neither one of them could care or help. Every part of my transaction with them was terrible. From the owner down this whole company I would avoid.

Front desk lady messed up our order on carpet, then sent us to MSI to pickup stone, what they forgot to tell us about, then after driving out there, only contractors can purchase from them, so it was a wasted trip. Stay away from them!
