I bought 2019 gravely mower, gave alot for it. 2year later only have 122 hrs on it the metal screen claps and takes out the fan. Well I take it in for warranty work and they say its not going to be covered. Well the plastic screen on top of the metal screen wasnt thrown apart, so how is it not cover?? If it was my fought the plastic screen would not be there cause the rotation of the motor would have taken it out too.

Brian was fantastic!! Parts and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful too. The only issue would be I wish that the mechanic would not have given up so soon on installing a Scotts oiler 2.0 universal chain oiler which I installed and programed in 2.5 hours do to having to get up and down repeatedly. All in all great and I will be doing all my motorcycle doings at EASTSIDE HONDA!!!!

It was such a pleasant experience making our purchase of a 2021 Honda Rancher. With all the other bike shops in the area backed up with appointments a month away, Eric took my bike in and handled it a matter of days. Prices are affordable and they do quality work. I recently took my 2018 Goldwing Tour in for a rear tire change. The shop opened at 9:00 but I didnt arrive until about 9:10. Everyone was helpful getting me signed in and ready to go and while I was walking around the dealership waiting. I was fully expecting an hour and a half to two hour wait for the work to be done to my bike. I was wrong. When I got on my bike to.leave, after paying and setting up my rebate from Dunlop for the tire, it was only 10:02. Very quick service indeed!

Unbelievable Customer Service! I purchased an ATV here brought it back for its first service. Went to pick it up, (done in less than 24hr.s) it was loaded on my trailer! I didnt even have to go get it, just came out and its loaded and ready to go! Took a 250 Honda ATV I purchased somewhere else (that never really would Idle well, and its brand new) to these folks and they fixed all its issues the Place I bought it from couldnt - Its never ran better. Quality, Service, and politeness is AAA The best of the Best!!! I will never purchase from anyone but them!

I purchased two new Honda motorcycles in December for my wife and my Christmas gifts. Worked the deal over the phone, when we arrived at the shop to pick them up they stacked on an additional $1,600 fees above taxes etc. I was in a bad negotiation place, they took advantage of it. I was expecting typical dealer fees of around $400 but they decided to take advantage of the situation.Be aware, questionable integrity to say the lease.

I would like to first start out by saying that my 2 experiences at this establishment were so amazing that I in fact signed up for a google account JUST to write a 5 star review. At 34 years old I have never been to a place or bought a product that I was so pleased with that I actually wrote a review till now!To try and condense this review I will simply try to explain it in the shortest version possible without sacrificing authenticity.I bought a 2017 Honda Pioneer 1000 from these guys while working in the area. Salesman was amazing and very straightforward with zero pressure. Fast forward 2 years and I had a small issue with my side by side. Being from south Louisiana I opted to not drive the 3 hours back to have these guys work on it. HUGE mistake!! The Honda shop I went to (rather not say the name) really messed me around and tried to play me for a fool. Was a simple electrical issue that they tried to say required a complete tear down and ample amount of non warranted work to. After 6 weeks of them “tryin” to find out what was truly wrong I had enough. I eventually got tired of the games and went pick it up to drive almost 3 hours outta state to go back to East Side Honda. They QUICKLY diagnosed problem as a simple wiring harness recall. Changed that part and alerted me to 4 other recalls that Honda had out on particular model that the other shop neglected to tell me about. Within a week and a half of me dropping it off they performed several hours of quality work start to finish and had me back running.Long story short, they honored their warranty no questions asked and performed 4 other recalls unbeknownst to me. Fast, knowledgeable and honest are the very first words that come to mind when I think of this place. I will gladly drive the 3 hours any and every time I need servicing or to purchase items! Place is awesome, service is great and employees are equally amazing!Would recommend this business to anyone and everyone no matter how far the drive!! Hope this helps someone else.
