I loved the place, Joshua was really nice and set everything up really well. The only issue I had was that he automatically chose a plan for me instead of asking me what plan I wanted. But other than that, he was really helpful.

I had ordered a new phone and service package online through a Verizon personnel that made the experience rather amazing. Then I went in store the next day to pick up my new phone and it turns out that it was already ordered for another customer. They had to cancel my order from the previous night, a refund that I did not get for several days, and charged me for another phone. The employees were not rude or bad at all. But that situation and the absolutely awful data speeds I have from my over $100 plan is beyond disappointing. I switched to Verizon from Sprint thinking that the service would be amazing going off of everyone else I know who has it, imagine my disappointment when I found out it is garbage. The only reason I am giving more than a 1 star is because the employees were good. I am without a doubt going to switch from Verizon unless these pathetic data speeds are fixed. Absolutely no reason to be paying just over $150 a MONTH for a service that doesn’t even work.

This Verizon location is great! Aaliyah stayed after hours till our phones were working, the phone had a funny problem the next day but we easily got it fixed! 10/10 would recommend!

Very missleading info from sales people. Told them I wanted to buy a phone outright so I would not have any balance on my bill. They informed me the phone I wanted was on sale for $800 which I paid and walked out with the phone. Days later I was looking at my bill and there is a $200 dollar balance. I went back to clear it up and they said it was a rebate they never told me about and there was nothing they could do about it. Said it would be credited back over a 2 year period which they never told me a point of sale. On phone with verizon customer service now hopefully they can fix the issue. If not I will returning the phone and changing service providers. Hope this helps others to use caution with what this store tell you.Verizon custermer service is going to take the extra $200 dollar charge off my account. They were a great help and apologized for the service at this store. They could not understand why the store could not help with this issue. My advice is to use a different Verizon store for your next purchase.

I ordered a new phone for in store pickup a couple of weeks ago. I did this before the store opened, fully expecting it to probably be a couple hours after the store opened before I got the email to come in. Around 1 in the afternoon, I didnt get any email. I asked my mom to take me up there before she went to Walmart so I can check on it. At first, they told me that it would be a couple of days before they would get it as it was being shipped to them. I told them thats not what online said and that they should have it in stock. Otherwise I would have sent it to the other store in the first place. I was not prepared for what was going to happen. He went to go speak with someone at one of the computers. He came back and told me that it was pack n play fault and that I would have to call customer support to get it fixed. I finally get the customer support number (I didnt know it by heart because I normally dont have issues with Verizon). I called customer support to find out NONE OF IT WAS MY ISSUE TO BEGIN WITH. The woman the man had spoken to REFUSED TO CALL CORE when customer support told her to and that core wouldnt talk with me as I was a customer. I finally got my order canceled and was able to place the order at the one on Garth. They had my phone ready within a half hour. I will NEVER go to this Verizon again. My family and I have had nothing but issues with this one since they built it.

I was promise 150 refunded and I never received it. I spoke with the manager for a month trying to get my money and never received it they actually started ignoring me. So I just gave up I hope you never have difficulties or problems with them because they won’t help you and to call they’re office you have to go to a customer service online then they can transfer you to them never again with I go to Verizon Victra. The regular Verizon in Baytown is way better don’t waste your time at this one.

After being with T-Mobile for about 20 years, I decided to shop other companies for service. Change is difficult for me but let me tell you, LUCIA at this Verizon store made this entire process extremely easy. She explained in detail, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated on the status of my pre-order. I went into the store to get 3 new phones and everything went flawless. Give this girl a raise because this is what customer service is supposed to be like.

Lucia Avila was the very nice sales associate that I have ever encountered. Very polite, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful . So she took the time to explain about the phone service, the phones and found a senior discount that help out tremendously. I’m a disabled veteran and live off a limited income, before I had att service and where I live I nothing but problems with the service. I got so discussed I had to find another carrier. I called the Verizon Store on SH 146 and Lucia answered the phone I asked a few questions and she had all the right answers and invited me to come in to the store and bring my phones with me, I did and about 35: minutes later I walked out with the Biggest smile on my face. It was a Blessing answered and I will recommend that store to anyone and everyone that has att for service where I lived and ask to speak to Lucia. Stop don’t waste your time T-Mobile will treat you better I promise this people have Terrible service charged me $20 to set up my phone but didn’t do anything with my new phone other than hand it to me and tell me to set it up my self., Paid $70 for screen protector “Tempered Glass” told me if it brakes come in we’ll do a warranty exchange it has a “Lifetime Warranty” so I came in today because the screen protector is cracked in half after 3 weeks of almost no use (I have 2 phones) and they gave me a line of BS as to why they can’t do anything for me typical Verizon wireless service when you’re there to spend $1300 for a new phone they promise you the whole world but when you try to hold them up to their word you can’t get anymore to be accountable for anything, my other cell phone provider T-Mobile doesn’t treat me like this, I’m Very unsatisfied and I have a business account with about 20-30 lines under my control so get ready because every time I come in (about twice a month) and I’m not satisfied with the outcome I’m leaving a negative google review according to the terrible service I’m getting from Verizon.

Walked in and there was not one customer but 3 employees. One was hanging something on the wall, one was hunched over a desk and appeared to be sleeping. The manager sat at another desk and asked if she could help me but she acted like she was very perturbed that I was there and was rude when I started asking questions so I just got up and left.

An unauthorized manager came into the store, their phone was attached to my account. The phone was broken they asked for the billing pin he didnt know it. The employee then proceeded to illeaglly change my billing pin without my knowledge or consent then proceeds to upgrade the phone charging the unauthorized manager over 500 to pay off the phone. After several back n forth convos with the mamager he assures me he will refund the transaction just bring the phone in ..... we come in he factory rests the phone and then tells me he cant refund the $500 + dollars .... we call corporate customer service together because im already fed up with the back and forth they send us from customer service to fraud, fraud says its not fraud because the store authorized the transaction and they are required to refund me meanwhile the manager is refusing to explain the full reason why I need a refund to corporate. My issue is still unresolved at this time. The employee who caused all the issues while clearly proving to be a liability to the company is still employed there. I dont reccomend going to a franchise store after this ordeal.
