Ive had hearing aids since I was 4 years old. In the 20 years Ive had them Ive never had an audiologist as thorough and kind as Ray, and all I went for was a simple tube change. Ill definitely be back to this location even though its further from other hearing centers near me.

Wanted my husband and I to make an appt and drive over an hour to see if your company takes our insurance . Were both handicapped and it a real chore to do this as I explained to her. I asked why she just couldnt see if there company took our insurance . The answer again was I could make an appt . Im very disappointed and have never been treated like this from a place of business . ill let our Dr know so he wont refer any more patients .
