I had a ton of bags at the street and someone parked right in front of them so when the trash truck came they didnt grab them. Well, about an hour or so went by after that vehicle left and the trash guys must have doubled back because all of those bags were gone. Great experience so far!

Horrible just horrible. Ive bought like 10 trash cans and they all are missing their tops in days because of their careless workers by throwing them away. Now they had the audacity to throw my whole trash can with trash away. Ive call the office but nobody answers or has returned my call. Now they owe me $50 that Ill never see or see as a credit on my account nor in a replacement trash can or lids. Since they damaged my property.

They are expensive wanting $70 just for a truck load and depending upon the weight and starting at $102 for a trailer depending upon weight as well. Ridiculous

It is a Landfill what can you from this people.The lady in the scale is a very rude person. She is always on her phone or watching the tv.She dont say good morning or nothing. You. An tell in her eyes that she hates latinos. Part time another person was in there and she was very nice to him.I think is because is her same race people.If you ask her something she will not answerShe looks like she is been against her will in that job.While my wife is looking for a job and some other dont appreciate their jobs.

They dont dump the whole can but pick up the bags. So of you have anything thats not in the bags they dont care about. Also they will complain if you arent out by 7am (and will leave a note) then next week they wont pick up it 5pm. City money at its best.

Customer service is awesome. The maintenance dept is super helpful also. My trailer was damaged and they fixed it for me even though they didnt have to because they arent responsible for damage. They did it quickly and made it look as if nothing had happened !

The garbage truck driver, (I think it was actually the recycling truck) and the two guys on the back stopped and talked to my little 4 year old boy just a minute ago. Hes fascinated by big trucks and really anything at all on the street. Hes made it a point to run out to the mailbox every day to get the mail from the Postlady, every Monday and Thursday he makes sure to be outside to get the Trash Truck driver and the recycling truck drivers to honk the horn. He always gets a kick out of it but today they actually stopped and let me hold him up there so he could pull the cord for the horn himself and he got to meet the guys on the truck too. It was a very kind thing for them to do. I called the landfill to let them know but just got a machine. Ill keep trying till I get someone on the phone. Those guys made my sons day by stopping to talk to him and I really appreciate it. A total Class Act.

The guy that werks here is nothing but a Grumpy cat! I went and took some bottles today for recycling and he almost looked like he was gonna beat me up lmeo 😂 it was freaking hilarious! Funniest moment of my life 😊 Godbless the old man lulz!

They stopped and waited for me to finish up gathering my yard trimmings to put them in the truck. That’s what’s up.
