Having gone to a separate location prior in the week that turned out to have an incredibly long line (the service agent did say that Fridays lines were the longest), I chose to try the Baytown location (which had the best reviews of all local possibilities).I was the only customer for the service and it was quick, easy, in-and-out service. It was a Saturday and there was no line. So, while the drive was a bit longer than for other locations, the quality of the experience overall made up for it and more.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Arrive at store only to be told I had checked the wrong box for the services I needed. Could/would not reschedule me for the correct service, although I was already there. Went home, rescheduled for the NEXT DAY.Arrived the next day, was told You should have received an email letting you know your appointment was cancelled. Had to go home again, still without my fingerprints having been done. I received said email one hour AFTER I got home! (I live about 22 miles from this location).I scheduled an appointment for the next (THIRD) day. Two hours after I scheduled an appointment with this disaster of a store, I received ANOTHER cancellation! Thats IT!! I am forever and always done with this Identogo location. NEVER AGAIN!

This place was amazing! I was in and out within 5 minutes and the check in process was super easy! The clerk that helped me was super informative and explained everything. I would definitely recommend this place!

They were super quick. The appointment setting was very simple and straight forward. I brought my two year old son with me and they were so kind and patient with him as I got my finger prints done. Can’t say enough great things about these folks.

The process of getting my fingerprints done was super quick and easy. The young lady who help me was very pleasant I really appreciated her patience with me. The only issue I had was with the Main Company IdentoGo itself- it was really confusing to find the CCR#, they really need to make sure the clients understand where the information is located on the form.

Toni was great. My appointment was at 9:40am, but I arrived 10 mins early which was what they told me to do. I was in and out by 9:43am which is great for someone who is always on the go. Toni was efficient, welcoming and kind. Give her a raise!

I was done very quickly! The receptionist was kind and helpful. This was my second time using this facility. There are other finger printing services closer to me, but I come to this one because of the speedy service. Thanks!

Went in and got finger printed today. Staff particularly Toni was really friendly and attentive. She took her time answering all my question about the finger printing process and about my Sylvan questions. Highly recommend this facility, very organized and clean.

I was in and out quite quickly and the young lady at receptionist desk very kind and attentive. The social distancing standards were obviously enforced.

I was efficiently put through the finger printing process and was accurately charged for this service. I was told how long the process would take after the prints were taken They made the experience worth the drive from Beaumont.

If you need finger prints done this is the place to go. The young lady at the counter was very nice with me and greeted me as I walked in through the door (means a lot to me), she was very friendly and professional. It was a breeze getting this done at this location definitely 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When I came here the first thing that I noticed was that the room was at a comfortable temperature. When I first walked in there was an office that had to sign in sheet and I followed the instructions to sign in my name. I sat in a chair in the waiting room for only two or three minutes before I was called to have my fingerprints made. When they did my fingerprints they stack finger after finger after finger onto the machine so that the government can have my information and identity for the rest of my life. I kind of find that exciting isnt it?

I arrived very early as suggested for the scheduled appointment. My signed entry on the check-in list was scratched off until I inquired. The place was packed with 10 clients waiting considering the pandemic guidelines plus heavy rain outside. The service is not worth the $40.75 with added “service fee” of 86 cents.

Upon arrival no one around, had to ooen the interior door and go inside the room to find someone. Then they lady acted like I was trying to rob the place..... telling me to get back outside because I wasnt allowed back there. I told her no one answered me so I was looking for someone to help me.

Front desk informed me that i am not a customer The restroom is only for sylvan learning center that i could leave and come back. Both companies share the same location. The receptionist then stops my fingerprinting appoint and answers the phone which is of course for sylvan. If security purposes are for the kids then why have a sub business where any person can be within 10 feet of the children. After you invite them pass the lobby
