This place is quick and cheap (cheapest being $6.00). The guys upfront do a pretty good job washing, preparing the car for the automated wash. Only part I hate is that at the end of the drive-thru wash the dryer doesnt fully ever dry my car. I know you can set up a monthly plan with this wash, but I never have.One thing that is shocking is that their vacuums always seem to work and there always seems to be a spot open to do a quick dry of your car.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years and have never been disappointed, until yesterday. I’m posting this to warn others because I know if I went back and said something, they probably wouldn’t do anything about it because of their damage disclaimer before you enter.They need to re-evaluate their equipment, because it severely damaged the hood of my car. I didn’t even notice the scratches until hours later because they weren’t visible while wet. If you’re thinking about coming here, I’d reconsider and maybe wash your own car. Very, very disappointed.

Good prices depending on what you want. Fast and fun to see the colors of the soap. Free vacuuming when youre done. Doesnt shine the tires like other places similar to this one.

Went in to get a quick car wash even though I had a nagging feeling not to and should have listened to my gut. A piece of plastic that sits behind my back window came off. I didn’t notice until the next day and went back up to see if they may have had it. The owner said it’s probably broke anyway and told me he may be able to help me in getting it replaced. I had it fixed 389.25 later and no reply after a few attempts of not being able to reach him. I also was given a wrong number to reach him. Lessons learned.

Car wash does considerably good job cleaning for an automatic car wash. Took my truck there for the first time. Two days later I notice my antenna was gone. Went there this morning to take my girls car to get washed and asked about my antenna and got the run around. They did an ok job on my truck and car but honestly I think they are very unprofessional when taking concerns or complaints. Too many car washes around to even bother.

Don’t go here unless you want to destroy you car paint .. leave a lot a lot off soap in you car 🧐

For $11 you can get your car really clean, wheels and all. They offer free vacuums too. The guys working there do a very good job and are friendly.

First time to use this facility. Took awhile for the package I purchased but after I saw how beautiful my vehicle looked it was worth it! People are walking around checking on vehicles and making sure you are happy. The facility is very nice and clean. Well worth the money!

Very disappointed in the service I received at this place. I paid for deluxe service and still had bugs and dirt on the car. I drove back around and the guy said he would ask his manager about running it through and I saw him leave and proceed to wash more cars without ever calling someone. I called their phone number and kept getting sent to voicemail until they eventually answered. And the person who answered the phone gave a code to the guy outside who eventually let me in to wash my car again. I was waiting for 10 minutes and then as I pulled around the guy said “I don’t see any bugs on the car” thinking I couldn’t hear him but I could. I’m just very disappointed in the service I received and won’t be coming back.

They do a very good detail on the works wash. Dam sure better than Hallmark

Just needed a car wash. This place has free vacuum and I just have to park and dry my car.. HEB line is too long and expensive, the others are too high and to many the lazy people at the end of the cycle of wash!

The young African American men were all running around playing, jumping on each other and calling each other the offensive word N×××× very loudly the whole time I was there. I visited this Baytown location 06/03/2021 around 9:40am. When my car was about to be vacuumed by the Hispanic male he sat in my car with the AC on full blast drinking his coffee. I will never visit this location again

The service was great! I took my car to a few other places before this one because I had one particular stain that was a pain to get out. The manager, Ricky Bowie confidently assured me that his staff can get the job done. So said, so done! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and great customer service! Thanks Mr. Bowie!

Management is completely unprofessional when it comes to addressing issues. Very hostile. Im a very patient person and I understand things happen. Lets work together to find a solution so I can continue to be a customer. Instead the manager of this facility lacks listening and people skills. He concocted a narrative and ran with it then bulldozed me by saying you can go ahead a file a claim. I never intended to. I drive a Mercedes Benz, clearly I can afford to repair my own car. I simply wanted to disclose what happened so that it can be prevented in the future from happening to others. Perhaps by facilitating better training of the wash boys. Adding additional signage, etc. I suggest hiring someone new to manage this facility if they want to continue to grow. This guy simply cannot be the face of this company.

I went to this place on Saturday 9/19/20. The staff did a great job cleaning my car however when I got my car back my passenger side window was down and the window control was not operational. I spoke with the manager Ricky Bowie. Mr. Bowie stated Theres no way I can prove my people did this or is the cause for your window being stuck. You window should not have been down and I am reviewing the cameras. Mr. Bowie then says; yeah that couldve been broke before you gave us your car...…… Um how did you wash my car if the window was down and would come up...… Absolute trash!!!

Ive never had issues in the past. Washes were always good and vacuum area fairly clean. However I think the machine dented my right front fender .. I felt the brush hit hard against my car. Went to vacuum and dry it off .. saw the fresh scrap. Cant prove it but its pretty obvious considering. Glad I used the last of my washes. I wont be going back.

In this bipolar texas weather, they offer a monthly unlimited plan that is reasonable. They even have some attendants at the entrance of the wash tunnel to give your car some extra love.

Wash boys car wash is nice midlevel car wash. Nothing too fancy (if you want that, go to the full service one a couple of blocks down Garth rd), but a pretty good car wash for the price. If you tip, they do a better job on the pre-wash job before you enter the conveyor belt wash. Free vacuuming with a paid wash is a good deal for those who want a hybrid of not washing their own car, but are ok with doing the interior.

I paid $16 for an Express Wash I was then told to back out and park, which I did. Then I was informed my car world be hand washed. (Toyota Camry) I never got an explanation of why. So I asked for a refund. The manger finally comes out and says I have to contact my GM to see if thats possible. So I waited. Then the clerk comes back and says okay you can pull the express now. I should have followed my instinct and hand washed my own car at home. If it werent 101 degrees out I would have.

Paid for the works, left dirt on the hood and side of the car. Rims were not cleaned and no one was able to do anything about it including a refund. Been to better car washes! On the plus side free vacuums

I will NEVER reccomend this place to anyone. I have used all three types of washes, and they do not get the car clean! The dryer doesnt do any kind of drying. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. My side view mirror was broke by the guys that hand brush the car before entering the car wash. He ran inside, got some tape, and called it good. I questioned the management about this and they referred me to Dollar General to get some glue. This place is a complete joke! I have tried to cancel for months now, but they wont do it. If you want your car damaged or to be treated like trash, then by all means go on and give them a visit. I will hand wash my car from now on, and I can guarantee it will look 100 times better than leaving this place.

Literally live within 3 mins from this place but instead has to drive 20+ mins away to MISTER CAR WASH off BW8 because this location doesnt take debit..only credit cards!? Not even if its from an accredited bank. Seems fishy and is a HUGE inconvenience..yall missing out on hella business because of this. The sister/detail shop next to it has crack rock prices..def aint going there either.

I have never had a problem other than the vacuum cleaner is a hit or miss. I park in the middle area and try all 4 (2 per side) until I find the good one. I can only imagine the wear and tear they go through so its not terribly disappointing. Manager was nice and personally cleaned around the property. A+ for being an active leader.

My car was dusty and crusty, but thankfully the 9 Dollar option made it look almost new! I also appreciated the free vacuums outside :)

Hit or miss. Sometimes great, sometimes I leave and get home to find half my car still dirty.

Even when its very busy they get you through very quickly. Im sure its a thankless job for the employees working on the line. But I say thank you! If you go there more than 3 or 4 times a month I would highly recommend getting their monthly plan because its a lot cheaper than the individuals. Although for the quality of wash the price is fair.

This place sux! $30.00 for a “deluxe” wash. Stevie Wonder could have done a better job. Greasy hand marks on all my doors from the product they were using. Didn’t wipe down the glass on my odometer panel, back seat didn’t look vacuumed and the visible spots they missed while wiping down dash board and interior. Hallmark in Baytown gives better service for half the price.

Zero stars! The wash broke off my rear windshield wiper. Employee said theyd replace it. Over a month later, its still not replaced. They never answer their phone. Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Never will go there again! Ive given them several opportunities to redeem themselves, but no such luck.

My windshield was cracked by a fishing lure during the wash. An employee said they had been looking for it after someine called about losing it. I filed a report and they were supposed to call me to replace my windshield. That was Monday and it is Thursday now. I tried calling them but there is no answer and the mailbox is full.I do understand that every business has problems and do not expect perfection but I do expect to reach the company and professionalism from them when handling problems. The manager was great and so were the employees. I believe this may be an owner or managing office problem.I have used this car wash before and have never had a complaint. I would even like to get their monthly special but if they are unreachable, unwilling to call me back and unwilling to pay for my windshield ($500 deductible) then I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know. I am paying to have my windshield replaced today.I will update this review based on the companys response or lack of response.*Update 4-17-17: I was contacted over a week after this incident. The person said they had a quote for around $260 to replace my windshield. I told them I had waited to hear from them before replacing my windshield and could not wait longer. I offered to send them my receipt and was given an email address to send it to. I was told I would be contacted in the next couple of days. It has now been almost a week with no further contact from this company. I just emailed them again.

Im always sceptical inn auto washes getting my car clean but this place impressed me. My white car had been sitting for over a year and was covered with sticky yellow pollen and a lot of mud. Paid for the big wash to be safe and when it was done I saw my new car again!! Will defiantly be using this car wash for now on

Went through the wash and there was soap all on one side of my car. Went into the office and after a while someone finally gave me a code for a new wash. I had to get back in line again and wait. Then afterwards same exact problem. This time there was more soap in that area. I went and told the guy your machine is broke but I’m going elsewhere. By that time the line was even longer. They didn’t offer a refund or anything.

Really awesome— Great carwash. But... the only negative comment is... They never answer the phone. I have been trying to reach someone for two weeks to cancel my membership due to the fact we are moving. But no one ever answers. I have left voicemails and still no answer. If none can answer a ringing phone, canceling membership should be available to complete on line.

I just subscribed to their unlimited car washes a month. ($16.99 a month with a 3 month commitment) The wash is great! It leaves my vehicle sparkling. The only problem is that the machines are rough on your vehicle. They will slam things around, etc. My first experience was horrifying! I thought my vehicle was damage and my side mirror broken! When I inspected the vehicle it look clean! No damage. I just hope I don’t come to regret this decision in the future. Also free vacuum. Car wash is good, but they really need to change the hours on here. We have been to the car wash several times around 7 and they are already closed. This is very frustrating to someone who works later and has been trying to get a car wash on the way home.Please change your hours to either the correct hours or stay open until 8 pm like you advertise!

Have been there twice in the last month. The wash was good, but the vacuum system was marginal. Biggest complaint concerns inconsiderate customers who are allowed to play loud music as they are detailing their vehicles. I wish the business would prohibit this because not everyone wants to hear that noise! I saw a child with his hands over his ears on my last visit.

Took my car in for a deluxe wash. Pretty sure it was the guy on the pre soak brush manually scrubbing as fast as he can that did it. As Im leaving the wash I notice the right side mirror cover had been ripped off. When I went back inside and asked for a manager I was told to wait a moment and no one ever came. I turn around and notice on the other side of the parking lot several crew members were already trying to makeshift a way to stick my piece on. When I confronted the manager about the piece their machine broke and literally had to pick up off the floor of the auto wash tunnel I was told it mustve been loose mind you this is the district manager at this point. Not once was I ever offered a refund or and kind of compensation. Wont be using such a terrible service ever again.

I was looking forward to getting my car washed. I took it to the new location and the only thing that looked decent was the outside. I don’t recommend this play for the price I payed.

I stopped to get my truck washed, wash was good, but went to vacuum out my truck and half way through that, they shut down the power and closed down. Just irritating that the employees didnt take time to look and see if anyone was still vacuuming. Also only half of the vacuums worked anyway.

Decent for the money. The two guys that cleaned the glass did a thorough job, but the wash itself seemed to be a little sluggish. The tire cleaner wasnt worth the extra cost. Worthwhile, but your vehicle may need to be wiped down at the end.

I have come here several times and leave with spots on my car. Defintely convenient, but not always the best car wash for what you spend.

Good enough place to get your car washed. I find that sometimes my car gets a better wash than other times. Could be they need to monitor their product within the system better. If they made sure they filled their dispensers when they need to be filled it would give more consistent results. The vaccum stations could be maintenanced more as well. Im looking forward to the new Wash Boys coming on Garth to see if it helps with the long lines of cars waiting for their turn on weekends especially. This may make it a better experience overall.
