Be careful when filling up here. I only use unleaded and this time it pumped midgrade and charged me for it even though I picked unleaded. When I went inside to ask for help they just shrugged their shoulders and said theres nothing they can do. Good way to lose a regular customer.

Rude staff you a gas station and you won’t give me change from 100 dollar when. I’m spending 60 you don’t have 40 dollars in there really

Extremely rude staff!My husband and I approached the station July 5th at 8:35 P.M. to the clerk conversing with a lady outside who was not an employee. The clerk appeared to be doing outside duties and as a result had the store locked. She saw my husband, and never acknowledged his presence nor acknowledge that she would be right with us. She continued to empty every trash can and pile the bags in Front of the store......where my husband stood patiently and I acknowledged. The lady that was assisting her who again, was NOT an employee at least had the decency to tell my husband the lady would be there shortly.

This Shell station has 12 pumps that are new and clean. It also has a car wash. Its right off of I-10 and also next to a McDonalds. Eating places are nearby so its in a very convenient location. If you need to stop over to stay the night, there are several hotels to choose from.

I walked In to the store to your employee being extremely rude

The girl that was checking me out at the register was new and you could tell that she was getting a little overwhelmed but she was very kind and courteous.
