Walked through the door and was immediately greeted with wonderful customer service. The wait time was bare minimum and I was helped quickly before I even knew it. 5 stars, will definitely be ditching my old stylist and keeping Tricia as my new full time stylist!

I always enjoy their MVP package, and never leave disappointed with the service. Kayce is absolutely amazing, and always engaging. She also did a great job with my 5 year old son. They also always greet you when you walk in the door - it stands out.

All of the ladies were very professional and nice. They treated my children like little men. And everyones hair looked great as well. Thank you for staying a little late for all of these boys!

I ask for a particular way to cut my hair. Unfortunately, after the barber was through, I had no hair left. I just wanted a low fade and some off the sides and top. I got a high and tight. What a JOKE!

Nayeli did an amazing job. I had a horrible haircut from a competitor hair salon. I walked into Sports Clips looking like a deranged albino marsupial that had been abandoned by its owner. Nayeli quickly recommended a hair style that would make me look like a Gucci supermodel. I loved the way she cut and styled my hair. She was very professional. Our hair stylist was Saide, and she was AWESOME!! The best haircut my nephew has gotten. She worked great with a very particular 12 Year old who has to have the perfect haircut for Junior high. If you want a good fade she’s your girl! His hair is Blended flawlessly!!I would have given 10 stars for her!

I love coming here for my haircuts, the people are super nice and always do their best. The only thing remotely bad is how they pull my hair alot but besides that its great.

Asked the stylist for a high fade with a 1 on the side, 3 on top, and to cut bangs with scissors so I could fix my hair. She grabbed the clippers first which is normal, but then proceeded to give me basically a #3 buzz cut. The damage was already done irreversible for the time being. I only went here because my barbers hours and my work hours have prevented my visit. I WILL CUT MY OWN HAIR BEFORE I COME HERE AGAIN.

I was there the other day after work and the staff was very friendly. I was a little nervous because I’ve never been to this location and was trying a new stylist. Mireya ended up being my stylist and she was awesome. She made sure she understood what it was I wanted for my hair as well as making her own recommendations. She took the time to go through the steps of the haircut which I really appreciated as I have never experienced that before. She also took the time to get to know my hair routine and recommended a product based on it. I will definitely be returning. If you plan on going ask for Mireya, she’s awesome.

I Dont like this Sport Clips. I have been to this location five times and had to get them to fix my haircut four out of the five times. When I leave I feel beat up, ripped off and can taste the cigarette smoke from it being soo thick on some of the stylists. Cannot wait for the Garth road location to reopen. Please tell me it is. Much better there.

So I came in here expecting a normal sports clips experience (which is pretty great), but thats not what I got. I got the best experience Ive ever received in an establishment that cuts and styles hair.The excellent stylists made me feel like a bada** when I walked out of there. I went in looking like a sophisticated caveman, I came out looking like a well manicured Irish lumberjack, all I need now is a great body, an Irish accent, and a kilt.Thanks to Kasey and all of the ladies at this Sports Clips. You did an exceptional job.I will definitely keep coming back to this place, and if youre reading this with a y chromosome, you should too.

Very attentive and friendly

Wait time is decent, even during lunch you can usually get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I have gone to this location several times for cuts and Im always happy with the haircut.However...dont expect much from the MVP. It always seems rushed. Literally less than 5 second face massage during the shampoo during my cut yesterday. Im not even exaggerating to make a point. I thought maybe she was interrupted. Nope. Thats all I got. And I had to style my hair myself before I left because she was too lazy to even attempt it. Really? I didnt walk with a hat on and Im clearly dressed like Im going back to work. Nothing? And this was before a lunch rush and no one was waiting. This is what I paid extra for?Ive had a similar experience with the other stylists there - although not quite as bad. I keep going because it is convenient to my work but I will be looking elsewhere now. Ive gone to Sportsclips for years. Lived in multiple states so I have visited several locations. I figure you need to give a location a 2nd or 3rd shot. You never know when you catch someone on a bad day. Fine. I understand. But Im done.For a $25+tip cut I expect more. And I get more at other places. Better service, longer massage, better tips/advice from the stylist, free drink when you arrive, etc. Lower your prices or increase your service. Id happily spend more $ if I was happy with the service.

Extremely bad customer service. An HOUR before closing they told us they couldn’t take my son because they were “over booked and want to close by 6”, they had a full staff and only 3 people in the lobby. No company should ever deny a customer so they can leave by a certain time, especially an hour before closing!

Got quick trim for bangs. It was not done right. It is ok. It will grow back. 😊

Like this location. They are usually quick and listen to what you want done with your hair. This location is in a small strip mall area in the general area of Walmart, Wendys, Whataburger and Chick-fil-A off of 146. It could be easily missed.

Took both my boys here a couple times, and every time their hair looked terrible. Sides were choppy and uneven, and it looks like they cut their bangs with a bowl on their head because it’s just a straight line across their forehead. Avoid this place like the plague, go somewhere else.

Tisha cut my wife’s hair today, after getting it cut elsewhere and hating it, and we are LOVING it! such a great experience and she was very polite and patient in giving her exactly what she wanted!!!

Took my son here yesterday for a quick haircut. But after 1.5 hours, a terrible haircut, cut ear, and 2 missing eyebrows, lets just say I was a very angry mother!! Vanessa started this madness, DO NOT let her anywhere near your face or hair!!! A small thanks to EMMA the assistant manager who did what she could to salvage his haircut, but still laughed at the fact that my sons eyebrows were shaved off.

Walked in. Wasnt greeted. Stood at the front for 3 minutes and not one staff member said we will be right with you horrible customer service. First & last time going there.

The WORST! Can this place be any more under staffed?? Every time I come here I have to wait at least 30 minutes due to there only being 2 people working. Thats ridiculous .... Who is running this business?? I wont be back!

Its hit or miss here. Seems that half the time I get a good haircut, the other times I get home and my wife tells me they missed spots on my neck, or I have to clean up sideburns because they arent even or level.
