The guys at bayway alignment are great people they always will be up front with you and handle your vehicle with care me and my husband personally drive from Willis tx which is over an hour from their shop and we make that drive because they have always taken care of us no matter the time of day it is if it’s going to be a wait they will tell you as soon you walk in the door and tell them what you need.

Mike and his crew are amazing professionals. I brought my Service Truck to them needing a 3.5 inch suspension lift installed that I had already purchased and had some front end work with an alignment done as well. I wanted the best and I received the best and I could not be more happier with the turn out. From here on out all my company vehicles will be serviced here as needed. When i tool my older van into the shop the examined it and told me it was going to be one price which i agreed on. The next day i was told it was ready and that the price was going to be hundreds of dollars different than the original price. Yes, Hundreds of dollars-in my favor! They said the parts were way leas expensive than originally quoted. Who does that? That tells you everything you want to know about this business. I was very impressed with their work and professionalism. I had just had upper and lower ball joints and A frame bushings replaced on my 84 Chevy and had to have it towed there. They showed me how bad the tie rod ends were and replaced them without changing labor. Extremely pleased. Highly recommend them !!!!!

As long as you get there at 8 am they usually get you in and out pretty quickly. I use them for all of my familys alignment needs, and they are straight forward with what is wrong or not wrong.

I recently took my 10 Toyota Camry in to have them take a look at the front end. The steering wheel wasnt square, it was pulling extremely hard to the right and was walking all over the road when driving 50 mph+.They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price! They used OEM parts from Toyota and had it ready quick. I will most definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on, and highly recommend them.

Good service at a reasonable price. Only downside was how long it took, but that may have been the result of the make of my car and parts availability.

My brother referred me to this shop and I have now used them several times for multiple vehicles. Every time the work was complete to my very picky standards, and at a very reasonable rate. Ive used this shop over several years, for several different makes (even BMW). Never an issue with the work performed, or pricing. Mike leans heavily on OEM parts, which is a plus. No unnecessary repairs or services were ever solicited. HIGHLY RECCOMEND.
