Dominic is one of the best profesional and experience lease agent. I highly recommend her 10/10. She does a amazing and outstanding job and she make you feel right at home. She take you on a tour around the facility and ask do you have any questions. She breaks down the details on the apartment you trying to get and policy. First of all I have listed a pictures that I have been charged for them to clean.You can see there is nothing dirty to be cleaned but this management they need you to pay anything. They just charge for anything and you can’t say no!! I’m disappointed where is the owner ? Does he see the reviews and how many people making bad reviews on this management!!Or he just doesn’t care about his business!I have lived there for almost a 3 years and I have seen three managements and this is the worst . The best management when Michael was there but this manager and her assistant is really disrespectful they didint treat us well .When I used to go to the office they always used to say that she is busy or she is out and she is there doing nothing but she didn’t want to talk to me or to my wife and when you talk to her she doesn’t give you any attention she always busy with the computer and forwent give an eye contact! This is really not professional service for a big and nice complex like this. When she knew that I’m moving blind out and I called them to come to fix the window I took them 2 weeks to come over to fix it ! Really ?! Because I’m moving out you don’t want to fix .The other thing when I came to see my deposit the assistant manager she told me I have to pay 102$ for the cleaning and damages ! and as you see in the pictures three is nothing needs to be cleaned and they took 300$ deposit and charge me 102$ extra then she told me they did a shampoo for the carpet and they didn’t because my carpet was very clean and I have a Video for it.Then she told me do what ever you want you have to pay and call the management of us they gonna do nothing . Really! How come you talk to your residence like this .I used to recommend people to live over there but not anymore guys .Your service is down and I don’t recommend anybody to live here and be careful when you move out you will be charged anyway even if you bring a company to clean for you.I wish the owner will see the review and contact us because we didint know how to reach him.

Dominic is the best leasing agent I’ve ever experienced! She made my transition so easy for me! Literally only took about 30 mins to get my Approval and maybe a hour to get my keys! After searching for a apartment for days Ive landed at the perfect place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Meeting Dominic Freeman with great hospitality as I was greeted at the door made my move in a success. She showed me many floorplans and help me to decide which was the perfect one for me and my family. The rooms are spacious, plenty of of closet space and storage. After working late Dominic also stayed an extra 5 -10 minutes to ensure that all paperwork was signed and I received my keys before the weekend . Great Customer Service!!! Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been searching for months to find a apartment that meets all my needs and wants. A great community to stay in and well kept, never have to call twice. Ms. Dominic was everything I can hope for in a leasing agent and wouldn’t want anyone else. Her energy and passion is unmatched. Any questions I have she answers them and does not give me the run around. Its also close to major stores which is a plus. This is a wonderful place to call home.

Had a great experience when making my decision on which apartment to move into. Taryn was friendly and patient, she worked with my schedule and found what was best for when I wanted to move in. Dominic has been very helpful with any questions Ive had, she has assisted me with maintenance scheduling, payment methods, general questions. Maintenance is fast, if you send pictures of a problem and give a good description, they show up with the tools and parts needed to fix the problem in one visit. Overall great experience with staff. The pool and gym are also nice!

I am blown away! So today was our move in date and unfortunately, there was a leak in the AC and it flooded the entire apartment. Instead of telling us to deal with it or make us wait a month for the damages to be fixed, they immediately offered us another unit and we move in first thing in the morning. They were SO kind and apologetic for what happened. I was not expecting that at all. Amazing! I will review again about the living experience in the future :)

I love everything about this place. It’s a nice gated community and the staff members are amazing. They listened to my situation and did everything possible to make it work. Very clean . Everything you could ask for in an apartment for a reasonable price. Great gym you name it. Parking garages etc. Definitely one of the better apartment complexes in the area if not the best.I do not work for this property. Im speaking from a renters point of view. 🙂

The Advenir are top tier apartments at a great rate! Floor plans are modern and open and provide ample space to satisfy your single bedroom or multiple bedroom needs. With a prime location, it’s minutes away from the hospital and the interstate. Aside from the luxor, the staff are exceptional. The leasing agent - I think her name is Dominic, she was phenomenal. Extremely professional, gave me an excellent tour, and really knows her stuff. Lease with her!

Took a tour of the available units with one of the leasing managers there I believe her name was Dom. She was very articulate about the surrounding area and clientele living on the property. Preparing to move there by the end of summer after I relocate for work.

I have been living in Baytown TX, for many years and Advenir at the Preserve is by far the best property I have lived in, everyone from the leasing office to the maintenance staff is just incredible they always go the extra mile on everything, Rolando the head maintenance is amazing when we submit a service request him and his staff makes sure is done right and on time, and the property manager Taryn is and incredible person she’s always there to listen and takes care of our problems and concerns, this is just a beautiful property I always recommend it to all my friends and family they really make you feel like you’re home!!

I have been here for 4 months and I can’t be anymore pleased. The apartments are gorgeous and are updated. The area is very quiet. You are not far from restaurants, hospital and stores. Maintenance does a wonderful job with the grounds keep. Always making sure there is no liter on the ground. The office staff are excellent. Keeping us updated on various things that are going on. Always pleasant and courteous to talk with, always with a warm smile and a listening ear. I am one of many content residents.

Been staying at the advenir for 2 months now. Very quiet living and all the staff are great here! Needed my door jam fixed and the girls up front were on it asap. The maintenance guy Ruben was here instantly and did the repair fast and very high quality all while be very friendly. I would recommend living here to anyone. Grounds are always well kept and has a great pool and gym area .5stars

The pool is always close and dirty it supposed to be open by now but it’s not, they don’t even send us an email saying it’s close. We paid for them to fix a or wall and they did a terrible job. We told them to fix or stove top and or washing machine and the shower water Thats is very hot we been waiting for almost 2 months for them to fix it. We always go to the office and they say there going to send someone over to fix it but they never come. And the back building were we are located at is very dirty outside trash everywhere.

I have to say, I’ve been here going on 7 months and Taryn and Cynthia go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are taken care of. This past week I had some troubles with my washer. They were so quick and helpful about the situation. We love being a resident here and will be renewing our lease when the time comes!

I have been a resident here since mid July of 2017 and I couldnt be happier! I love my apartment, property grounds and the staff who always go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met as soon as possible no matter how busy they get. They also have special events from time to time to give the tenants an opportunity to get acquainted. The staff are super friendly and always make you feel so welcomed. I also feel safe and it is usually very quiet. The gym and pool are a plus and my kids love it! The staff is doing an outstanding job!!!!

Being a college student and out of state, looking for an apartment complex is the hardest thing to do. You spend hours upon hours searching and searching for the right customer service and good prices etc. After looking through about 12 apartment complexes, when we visited Advenir everything fell into place. The customer service was on point and the applicances were very new and the quality of the cabinets were of higher quality than most other apartment complexes. The price of rent was even cheaper than most! Everything has worked out perfectly here and I am thankful for choosing Advenir. 10/10 would apartment again.

Be aware of the contract. I lived at The Preserve at Goose creek for 6 weeks and my company transferred me. I was liable for two months extra rent and then two more months penalty for terminating my contract. I understood the first two months but the second two months were a surprise which, apparently was in my massive contract. Therefore I was there for 6 weeks and then had to pay 4 additional months.

The apartment is very nice, well maintained. The lawn is kept up weekly; frequent garbage collection and quick maintenance response. The management has worked with me during several changes and is very kind and helpful. I enjoy living here.

When I moved in over a year ago everything was good. My A/C is god awful. During the summer my electric bill was $230. The last 2 weeks it was quit working. They changed the filter and called it fixed. Now today 3/10/19 I came home from Dallas turned it on at 12:00 pm and at 16:00 it was still 77 in the apartment so in 4 hours it didnt drop the room temp. at all. Will be turning my 2 month notice in on Monday.

Application process was fast and the maintenance men worked fast to complete my order the next day. My process with the office was very friendly and fast. Dominique helped alot.8/17/19Update: Upset that my repair tickets get deleted without the repairs being made. My floor is still not fixed and yet mold will continue to grow. I was refused to move into new apartments yet my ticket was deleted. Not the service I thought I would have after I moved in.8/27/19Update: the leasing office is great nothing to do with the issues I was having.

No better time than when youre pissed off to write a review. The new management is the worst bunch of ruthless unethical people! Except for the nice chubby lady with glasses and curly hair everyone else are an ignorant bunch. Where should I start? Put in a maintenance request for something to be done at the house and when do they show up, after you have called them over and over again they show up after a week or 2!! The people who come in to fix it are nice though. Can you ever have enough ink cartridges available for the office printer ??? Whenever I come in for an emergency print out there never is any ink!!! What about that annoying side door to enter into the office ?? Its been stuck for months now!! I understand its a new management, stressful & lots of pressure to maintain the place...blah blah. Almost forget to mention getting an eviction notice for forgetting to pay 20$ after never forgetting to pay rent even once? Have you hear of calling your customer/client/ resident to remind them or even sent an email??? You dont have to do a whole bunch to keep your residents happy. Just hire people with more work ethic. People looking into this place...it might seem all bright and superb from the outside with corporate looking people giving you their best side while trying to sell you the place but spare yourself the heartache of moving in and finding out what a rip of this place is....The ridiculous amount of chlorine in the pool!! My eyes burn every time i swim in the poolIs it too much to ask for the amount of money we pay monthly??

First, my daughter and her roommate moved in and my daughters bedroom had no light and we were told pretty much too bad. So, we lived with that.Then, they moved out in August. Myself, my mother, and the roommates mother thoroughly cleaned the apartment. We didnt just wipe it - we scrubbed it, including outside the door with all the spider webs. The place smelled like bleach, Mr. Clean, and polish. We even cleaned the outside porch, inside the stove, inside the washer and dryer - nothing was left unscrubbed.Then, the girls were told they owed $180 in a threatening email for cleaning because we didnt have receipts to prove that we cleaned it.We cleaned it ourselves so obviously no receipts, but anyone with a nose and eyes could tell how immaculate the place was when we left. Our mistake was not dragging a manager out of bed (because it was late when we finally finished) right then and forcing honesty,

All these awful reviews are insane to me. Granted I moved out a month or so after the new management came in, my living experience here was awesome. The office staff was ALWAYS helpful and going above and beyond to help me. I always felt extremely safe here and never worried about bad stuff happening. The gate was really never broken (Im not sure why someone said it was). I lived here for a year and I would have stayed longer if we werent moving out of town. The apartment we had was very nice, updated and CLEAN. My wallet even fell out of my pocket once and a resident turned it in with everything in tact. All Im saying is go see this place for yourself before believing most of this probably misguided hype.

We rented a corporate apartment here. Everything at the complex is always broken or out of service. The customer service is very bad. The website to pay your rent is always down and they like to charge you outrageous late fees for there own website not working

Moved in 9/2017 office manager sucks.I have never experienced such an unprofessional office. Manager walks around as though shes president. Nothing gets done. Mgmt either on conference call or eating lunch at her desk. Phones are never answered, dont bother trying to call.Request for repairs are not fulfilled & if so the tenant maybe charged for what was already broken.Manager is really arrogant and not willing to compromise. Its a job for her to dress in heels and put on makeupTo receive a pay check.To manage a complex shes not qualified!!!

I have never experienced such an unprofessional office. I was able to be present when my boyfriend signed the lease papers and pick up the keys. These people had the audacity to make him sign a contract/lease! Without even showing him the actual apartment! Then they wouldn’t give him the keys or finalize the lease because he needed to ALREADY, before moving in! Have the electricity turned on in our name and paying for it before we could sign to move in! Why should we have to pay for THEIR electricity!? We weren’t living there yet they wouldn’t even give us the key after giving them the deposit and rent needed to move in!To make that worse the girl Dominic was irritated because we would use the electric company that she was trying to FORCE on us because she gets a financial kick back on it! On the website they state that Reliant is who they prefer, and she was very obnoxiously forceful with the other company and it would have costed us $50 more just to sign with her company!When we finally do see the apartment that my boyfriend ALREADY signed for…. the fridge leaks water, ice maker doesn’t work, the bath tub faucet constantly drips water and we can’t get it to stop! And its been almost 3weeks now and NO ONE has even come to look at everything.After living there like this for our first 2 weeks our 1st months rent was due. When we go to make the payment, they REFUSED our payment calling it “a partial payment” because we already had the rent made out and were trying to pay the late fee separate. They told my boyfriend that Our regular rent plus the late fee is considered our “rent” and needs to be paid together. Well…. the State of Texas disagrees!!!! Its NOT right. And they didn’t stop there.Then they tacked on another late fee raising our payment over $1,100! And our regular rent is only just at $900! This entire situation is ridiculous! And as if it can’t get any worse because they won’t fix our washer that was apart of our SIGNED Agreement!, and we didn’t plan to have to take time that we barely have with the hours we work, and we didn’t expect to have tp set a side extra money to pay to go to the Laundromat! They are penalizing me for they themselves not abiding by their “signed agreement” and costing me even more stress and financial strain because they can’t get their own business together! I have never seen such unprofessional attitudes in my life! I am not sure whether they care that they are breaking the TX tenants’ rights or if they are even educated enough to know!Nothing gets done. Management either eating lunch at her desk, or just too “busy” …. doing what seems like NOTHING. Part of the job is to make the tenants feel valued! Afterall we work A LOT of hard hours paying out lots of money for you to even have this job! I respect that I am only ONE person out of many, and I have patience, but there is a point where it’s just you as a manager NOT DOING A GOOD JOB! Phones are never answered, don’t bother trying to call.Request for repairs are not fulfilled!

My husband and I still live here, we have a very serious fire hazard in our kitchen ceiling, when the floods hit Houston a few weeks to a month ago we had a water spot appear on our kitchen ceiling above our refrigerator, I call the front office and the manager told me she would have it taken care of. That never happened. Last Saturday 2 days before Memorial Day another water spot appears right above the light fixture and two of the bulbs blew out and we started to hear a strange noise in the kitchen, the wires in the ceiling are sizzling and popping, because the water form the leak in the roof is getting to the wires, I went down to the office and the lady who was there said she would have someone come look at it if she could get ahold of Tony who was supposed to be on call because he wasnt answering his phone,I even called and left a message and he didnt even call me back. Monday afternoon someone finally showed up and told me they could not help that was a job for the roofing people,I laughed and said thats fine .Wednesday 2 days ago when all the heavy rain started , my ceiling is getting wetter and the sound of the popping and sizzling is getting much worse,I even made a recording of it Wednesday and took it down to the manager and she acted very concerned when I was in there,she said the same as the other girl, we will get someone up there and have it looked at. It is now Friday at 740 at night, I have not had any help, We can not use our kitchen because I am scared to death if I turn it on it will catch fire IN THE CEILING OF THE TOP FLOOR and not just me everyone else in this build , I live in the first building to the left when you turn in ,my apt#133 ,I really do hope this gets us some help really soon before something happens, I cant even sleep at night Im so worried about this, someone please help .

Constant problems with AC when it goes out it takes 2 to 3 days to fix. Called them on fri to fix AC still broke on sun. They did bring a portable a AC unit that constantly flips the breakers and only cools living room so I guess they expect us to camp out in one room with a baby and 2 kids. When they do fix AC they just refill freon and it goes out a couple months later. For crying out loud only took 2 yrs for them to replace an exhaust fan in bathroom. No one ever answers at office and i feel they dont really care about their tenants.

Apartments are not worth the price of the rent. The apartments are old and need major repairs. All the units are overpriced for older model looking apartments. My apartment bathroom is horrible management never fixed it. I posted pictures of my bathroom. Its been like that for six months now and no one made an effort to fix it. Moving out ASAP. Dont rent here!

When you want to see the manager they always say she is busy she is not here and even when you see her she doesn’t gibe you any attention and she keep doing something else when she talks to you . Do we have to have some attention when you guys talk to us .I decide to move out after the bad service and the disrespectful that we experience.We gave a notice and my husband went to them and took a paint to paint the scratches.We did paint everything and cleaned the apartment very well but these ladies on the office decide to treat us very bad and to take our 300$ deposit and charge us 102$ extra for nothing she showed us a pictures that doesnt have any thing that you have to charge for it.Does the owner see the bad reviews or he doesnt care about his or her business.This management will destroy your business .I was recommending people to come to live here but not anymore because we were treated very bad from the manager and her assistant.We didnt know how to contact the owner to give him the pictures thar show nothing important to be charged.People be carful when you move out and dont rent here till this management changed.

Typically I dont write reviews, but as a single mother that moved here needing advice, I wouldnt want someone else to have to go through what all I have been through living here. Several times I have come home to find terrible surprises, from burglary (no property security FYI) to flooding (either my home or a neighbors/plumbing issues seem to be a regular occurrence) to outside contractors in my home leaving behind a huge mess AND without any notice that a crew would be entering my home, missing beer from my fridge (wonder who could have done that?) and so much more. Perhaps if I wasnt paying $1200 for a 2/1 apartment, I wouldnt be as disgruntled... but I pay entirely way too much money to be dealing with issues like these on a frequent basis.The $25/mo valet trash is a plus!

Do not rent here!! The new people at this place are horrible!!! They will try and take money from you that you dont even owe!! Also they are horrible at returning phone calls and will say they will call you back and never do! What a waste. I was there for two years and never had a problem with previous management until these new people arrived.They also do not keep up with paperwork! I asked for a copy of my lease and she straight up told me that they moved and got new management and do not have all the paperworkRidiculous!!!!!!I WOULD GIVE 0 stars to this place!! All because of Management!!!By the way, I have never EVER written a bad review. This is my first! & at that I didnt write about EVERYTHING else that was wrong!!!!!

Was presented a nice clean apartment when I previewed it a week ahead, the night I moved in, I found hundreds of small cockroaches in the apartment. When I called the office they said that someone would be out in a week to spray (took months for them to all go away). The trash service is a joke, they make endless amounts of excuses to not pick up your trash, its just easier to do it yourself.Now the bad part. We I moved out, I turned in my notice (30 days ahead), and then turned in the keys. They now have record of me turning in the keys and claim that I am required by contract to give them a 60 day notice. A copy of the contract is in my possession and nowhere does it state a 60 day requirement. Now they are sending me emails saying I need to make the last payment (which there is no last payment according to the contract) or get eviction status (hmm, sound like blackmail?). Needless to continue here. To sum up, good neighbors, poor maintenance, services, and staff. This is just a big skip here.Oh! One more thing, they increased my rent by $300 per month with no notice. No letter, no email, no phone call. You decide to do business here, you cant say I didnt warn you... Good luck in your apartment hunting.

Trashy. Pool looks nice but after hours people drink, smoke and even play fetch with their dogs in the water. Office is constantly closed or staffed with temps who cant help .

These apartments are awful, and they are not cheap!! There are pleanty of other apartments around Baytown for the same price. Just a few things to mention...gate works half the time, scummy management and maintenance. Good luck getting anything’s fixed! Management doesn’t care about complaints at all! The outside is always unkept. Cigarettes and trash everywhere. Apartments are old and rundown.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Maintenance is prompt and courteous.

Maintenance understaffed. When placing a work order they place it wrong to be begin with. Leave a mess when actually completing work.

This place cant get it together. Gates always broken and they dont even hold there office hours. Came by on a Saturday 30 minutes before closing and no ones here . Looks like Advenir is just as bad
