The walls are not soundproof, so all the staff can hear the therapy sessions. They say to trust them, and they will take care of those issues, and completely ignore you. They have an African, as in from Africa, psychiatrist, who can’t speak or understand English well, and during psych evals, tells people that their history didn’t happen!!!! They have you fill out a survey, and make absolutely 0 effort to address concerns stated in survey. The receptionist doesn’t know her job either, and always takes at least 15 minutes to take a payment, because she has to bother another office clerk, because she can’t work the system. Absolutely pathetic.

Horrible therapist by the name of Gillot, does nothing to help.. she stays connected through a zoom chat and laughs at your problems. Very disorganized and she fails to sync in with the times. Not sure how she even got hired here but she definitely needs to go. My mental health has gotten worse degraded with her as my Therapist. I will be seeking someone else through my insurance company.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! The clinicians there are a joke and don’t help anyone progress. Instead, they fill children/teens’ minds with rebellious thoughts and make their behavior worse at home rather than teaching them how to work through their emotions and communicate effectively. If you want a place for your teen to talk through their emotions and develop both their intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, then I suggest you stay as far away from this place as possible.

Terrible place made me feel worse than before I came in

No reason for this place to exist. They wont help at all and youll probably come out of this place feeling worse.

This place is an absolute joke. I waited 3 months for an apppoinment and couldn’t see a doctor like I was told I would. Finally it time for my appointment I meet with a counselor who says we will schedule you to see the doctor and therapy. Ok. Over three weeks now no call back. When I call the office rude receptionist says”this is how it works here” I can’t talk to anyone leave a voicemail someon will call you same thing they said last time. Still no call.
