I have been dealing with this company for the last 7 years , As a Roro Customer one of the advantages is the possibility to keep your car with no worries of storage fees in their warehouses as they have different locations, Incase the lack of having the title on time as auction take up to 30 days to provide titles so in this case I never worry about any extra storage fees , they take care of my cars until they receive the title .I really appreciate their hard work .

Single handedly the WORST Logistics company Ive ever dealt with and have been in business for 5 years and worked with hundreds of brokers.First off, the broker lied about the shipment dimensions - quoted 8,000lbs, 11x4x6. It was 15,000lbs and 11x10x8. When I called to enlighten them as to the issue, the broker cusses me out and hangs up on me. After calling the police, they say they will pay the $150 charge for ordering a truck and not using it. That was 11 days ago... Ive spoken with 6 different individuals with the company, all of which were sketchier than the last. Ive been instructed that they will send the documents needed to collect the payment, and yet they refuse to send them.Ill be filing a criminal complaint and small claims suit as of May 2nd if I havent received payment/documentation since I now have written statements saying they would pay and have not. Ill enjoy seeing them in court way more than collecting the $150.

Unprofessional. Rude but thats whenever they feel like answering the phone. No communication. They use 3rd parties, therefore they place the blame on others when your item gets shipped. Never reimbursed for claim.

Good office support ! On time payment of transport invoice so long as signed proof of deliveries, stamped dock receipts are submitted with your invoice, you get paid on time without issues.

Buyer beware! No customer service phone rings off into infinity. They never pay on time, theyre frequently delinquent on invoices. Staff lack experience. Lack of organization based on owner policy.

Stay away, you will not get paid. Driver waited 6 hours to get loaded, we got promised detention, never sent that day, next morning after we unloaded nobody ever answered a phone, now 60 days invoice not paid. They dont want to answer a phone. Called from different phone, hey answered and put me on hold and than hung up. If you like to do it free, than work with them, otherwise stay away. Phone from rate sheet is bogus phone #. they have no fax #, so that should be warning to everyone. Their e-mail are blank and not signed with no name or contact.

Do not use this company the do not pay on time for deliveries of cargo... takes two to three weeks to get paid if you call every day ... nobody answers phone or emails usually after a few attempts to call them ... they will send you a comcheck code to get you off their back and it will be wrong the next day if you do get to talk to someone or reply to your email they will change the last number on the comcheck ... this is company ran by liars and scammers avoid at all costs .....

ATL shipping is the worst shipping company ever. They damaged my car, and they are never take phone calls from my phone. I wish i didnt send anything through this crappy company. They are so irresponsible and spacey all the time. I will tell all my friends to dont work with them. Instead of help me with a damage on the car, they are ignoring my phone calls. They will pay for their crappy work. I am going to sue them. Super rude and unprofessional. Never responding on emails.

Unorganized and takes way too long to unload. Took over six hrs to unload one vehicle and I was one of the first ones to arrive. Staff is unprofessional and snarky. Wouldn’t recommend this shipping company.
