They have terrible Customer service skills. Said they would send a cab in 20 mins. 45 mins later no cab and they dont answer the phone. Unreliable. I gave it two starts because yesterday they picked me up and the driver pulled up in a filthy cab with a cigarette on his mouth.

The photo shown is calling a bunch of different(old /new) numbers and not getting in contact not ONE time. Garbage attitudes and terrible service, just retire 🤷

I guess Im a nice person to put 2 stars. The drivers are usually ok, the Problem for me is calling for a cab. Like come on, Sometimes they dont even pick up. I called like 3 times, and on the 4th try someone finally picked up, and I heard an attitude in their voice.... I honestly dont know how these guys are still in business.

I made a reservation a weekearly for an early morning ride to Newark Airport. When that morning arrived we had about 3 inches of snow that fell overnight. Yellow cab never showed up or even called. This was my vacation which I didnt have for the last 3 years and I was very upset with their unprofessionalism and the bad attitude of their dispatcher. How they remain in business is beyond my comprehension

The only reason why I am giving 1 star is because there isnt an option for 0 stars!!! You would think that after companies like Uber and Lyft came out these cab companies would get better with their customer service but they dont. Yellow cab dispatchers have horrible attitudes; the cars never come at the time they say they will....expect to wait over a half hour most times for a ride.

I use these guys pretty frequent. The dispatcher is such a douche bag it’s ridiculous. You can’t even finish a sentence without being hung up on. They said 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I call and he said 10 more minutes. 30 minutes later he said he never dispatched one and said he was sending one now. Like are you for real? The service here is just so bad.... nuff said.... worst taxi place ever. Great prices. Terrible service.

They clearly don’t care at all about customer service. 1.9 stars? Sad but valid. I work at a bar and called for a cab for a customer. Said the pick up and when asked for the drop off said sorry it’s for someone else one second and they said “we can’t help you” and hung up. Ok maybe you assumed I was drunk? Called back and man rudely said someone was already on their way. Couldn’t you have just said that? Said sorry calling back because I was hung up on, before I finish they hang up again. Come on. I guess they’re not worried about going out of business so they don’t want to improve. Really disappointed. I assume the driver wasn’t the rude one but he was unfortunately punished with taking the drunk lady home instead of the one who picks up the phone.

My mother has worked here for years. She now dispatches and drives randomly. People of the town use to make jokes about Campbells cabs now they make fun of yellows run down cabs. Something I am truly embrassed about and I am not the owner. Though Yellows cab drivers have become family there are some I can not stand just like any family. Though if I was ever going to use a cab service in the city of Bayonne it will always be yellow.

I called this morning for a cab to the 8th Street Light Rail Station. First, the dispatcher sounded as if I woke him up. Secondly, he got the pick up and destination wrong and when I called back, he was a complete idiot. Excuse me, you provide a service and its your job to listen and provide the ACCURATE information to the driver...how difficult is that??? Lastly, when the driver finally showed up, he picked up another fare en route to my destination. Horrible service!!! Its not confusing why Uber and Lyft are putting these privately owned cab companies out of business. If I could, I rate them with less than 1 star, I would, as this isnt the first time that service has been poor, but definitely the last time that Ill use them.

Superb fast service to get to their destination, drivers are such sweet hearts, and their cabs and limos are super clean. I would not call Archies (nasty, rude dispatcher and drivers) or Campbell Taxi (same bs as Archies plus cabs are disgusting and dirty, yuck!)

We took a cab from the Bayonne Walmart to Jersey City. Cost $20 and we were picked up in 10 minutes. Id recommend it from any trips starting off in Bayonne!

I use them a lot and usually dont have a problem but tonight driver drove recklessly bad, almost had an accident and screeched his tires pulling off from my drop off point. Not happy with my experience tonight.

Dispatcher was very rude and unprofessional . He said I would have to pay tolls when my ride doesnt even require tolls . He also told me that I cant tell the driver the way to take to get to my destination and the quickest route . He had the nerve to hang up on me while I was trying to explain how I was going to put money in his pocket . They are not good for business at all .
