My laptop crashed after years of good service. Turns out my hard drive was stained with dried soda or coffee. Not only did the Computer Guy clean up the entire mess, but put in new drivers and updated my Windows operating system... All for a very reasonable price and done within a week. I cant give them credit enough for all the good work they do!

I want to share my experience with The Computer Guy at 1019 Broadway in Bayonne, NJ 07002.In particular, my dealings with Al Motos and also with Owen. It was a pleasure to work with them, especially with Al. He was efficient, knowledgeable and patient with my many questions.Al assisted with the purchase of a new printer for my home office. He installed the printer and set it up. He was prompt and respectful of my surroundings by, without my asking, removed his shoes at the door and wore a mask the whole time he was working in my home.While working in my home they also set up a new Alexa Dot and brought my original Alexa tower back online. There was no charge for these additional tasks.The total cost was reasonable.I can recommend The Computer Guy without any hesitation.

The computer is excellent! If your device has a problem he can fix it. Alvin has been fixing my computers for several years I have recommended him to friends and family. And will continue to do so as long as he is in business. If, you computer, tablet or whatever has a problem TAKE it to The Computer Guy.

I had a problem with my Mac Pro lap top. When I turned my computer on it showed a picture of a file with the ? In the center.I saw that The Computer Guy received 5 stars for their review. I absolutely agree with that evaluation. Worker Leo took my information and promised to call me the next day. Unfortunately for me it turned out that the drive had to be replaced. When I returned to pick up my lap top, Leo took the time to operate the unit and that I was satisfied with the repair. Leo asked me to operate the lap top in his presence to ensure I was comfortable with the new drive.In summary, Leo from The Computer Guy was very professional and responsive. I personally feel the cost of the repair was fair. Kudos Computer Guy!!!

I tried to fix my problem witch was a error message on my computer. first i tried Dell after 2 hours they could not fix the problem. I just want to document what happened to me recently. i had a problem with my hp printer and as a senior i did not have anyone knowlegable to turn to for help. A very good and honest shop. They give you the cheapest price for the best quality. I brung in my PC because my camera and my VR headset wasnt working. I went it to fix my laptop because it was acting awfully slow. They took my computer in and cleaned my fans and checked for any bad parts. He was able to figure out the problem in a couple of hours. Best place to get your computer cleaned and sped up. Tried geek squad but they overcharged me for reinstalling my windows and a few weeks later it failed again (bad hard drive). So I brought it to these guys. They are straightforward and honest and checked my warranty with dell and said i could go to dell to replace it for free (which would take a week or so) or they could do it and get it done in 2-3 hours. Saved my docs (for FREE!) too thanks!!!

My gaming laptop screen was broken by my little brother, I brought it in to this place and the staff was awesome. Its really cool to see the GPUs, CPUs, PSUs, and different motherboards on the shelf as I enter inside. As they replaced the screen panel, I noticed an increase from 60hz to 120hz, which is awesome! Great for gaming, dont care so much about color. TN panels are great. One little flaw however, upon picking up the laptop there was noticeable gaps in between the screen from the bezel, I hope they fix that issue, if so, then its a 5 star review! (EDIT: They readjusted it and its so much better thank you so much you guys are awesome!!)
