Manufacturer directed us to this service company as being an authorized repair establishment. Upon contact, answering service gave us a quote - when we received the call next day - Geraldine said that quote was not correct and answering service cannot quote - which i find it odd that they did. Geraldinewas very professional and helpful- it was until i sent my request for the service to get a quote for parts and estimate amount of hours for the service that i was hit with a very shocking email. The owner rejected the service call and told us to find another company because he did not feel comfortable giving us an estimate quote. This should be a company that has done hundreds of services on the equipment that i have - yet they could not give an estimate amount of hours or estimate on the parts - Meaning - they would like to come in and send a technician without the parts - to charge once, then when they come in the second time gets another charge and have several hours billed. totaling in the hundreds of dollars if not thousands.Very shameful response and lack of explanation regarding the reasons why he wont accept

Its been great working for the company. the thing that this company really does a great job on is keeping us well educated with all of the new technology coming out in an ever changing food service industry. They give us all the training to be the best servicemen that we can be. Thats what I believe separates malachy from the competition.

Called for service on my refrigerator. A great technician come out. Dan Metroka was not only understanding but kept calm with every single one of my complaints. Always called this company for help. They always know how make my restaurant smile.

Great service company! Speedy service as they have improved drastically.... its true what they say - you get what you pay for! A CFESA certified company with all factory trained techs, cant beat a guy who knows his equipment!

This company sucks!!!!! to long of a story to type. they don’t care for there customers. 1 year it’s taken for warranty work to be completed. i wish i did not have to deal with them.

Waited a MONTH for parts they said are special order only to have the guy come with the wrong part saying he can’t fix my machine. This happened twice now and they still haven’t fixed it due to ordering the wrong part.

I was promise assistance with a matter associated with faulty equipment in return for Malachy to do the job. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE NECCESSARY ASSISTANCE but yet they got paid!!! Where is my help Malachy?? Bait and Switch. Until they correct a wrong I can not support their business and I would not recommend their services!!!

Very disapointing. I called in to repair an oven , they said a tech will come tomorrow. Nobody showed up for 5 days and I, in mean time, called somebody else thinking they will not come. So after 5 days a tech shows up and he wanted $197 for the visit. I ended up paying $100 for not canceling the repair request. This is a ridiculous way to do business.

Cant be trusted! Over charge for time and parts.

Brought in a Rotisserie, installed a simple cotter pin to fix the rotation, fell out and wants full price to fix something they failed to fix. Does not stand by their work.

The staff of this company are not only unprofessional, but hostile and almost impossible to communicate with. You tell them one thing, they hear another. The office staff yells and curses at you when you handle a job the way you originally told them you would, rather than the way they suddenly expect. You leave messages with their answering service and on voicemail at several extensions, and they never get those messages. When you do get a hold of them, they accuse you of not having called and tell you to get your business in order, rather than checking internally to see if the messages actually were received.As much as it pains us to hurt the reputation of another business, we are leaving this review in response to the one-star review they left on our own place page. We made every effort to communicate with them and resolve the matter before resorting to this. If their review is removed from our page, we will in turn remove this one, but this company will always go on the books as the most over-dramatic, unprofessional, and hostile organization we have had the misfortune of dealing with.

These guys are VERY expensive....they charged me close to 700 for repair, out of which only 175 is labor (that to thanks to a coupon). Over 500 for a PCB. Are you kidding me? Never again....you have been warned....
