We have 4 used cars in our family and we take all of them to Tire Choice auto Service Center in Bay Village for repair. Great customer service like filling a low tire when we pull in. They thoroughly inspect a used car(and we trust their opinion) before we choose to buy it. Jimmy one of the mechanics is very experienced and has been at the Bay Village location for years. Mark is a very experienced mechanic plus is the manager.Recently, Mark Refreshingly advised me to (safely) wait 6 months before replacing my power steering mechanism vs. the Lexus dealership didn’t explain to me that it was an internal leak and I wasn’t loosing fluid .. yet and led me to believe it needed to be done now. I appreciate their honesty.

Great experience today at the Bay Village Tire Choice on Dover. My car was in for front struts and alignment. Work was done before the time estimate and the price quote was accurate. I would recommend this shop 100%Full service, honest, thorough and reasonably priced.My car had issues driving up from Florida, I had taken my car to another shop that ripped me off. The manager was super knowledgeable and fixed the problem within one day and went above and beyond to help me get my money back from the other place. Also wrote down codes for what ford should replace under warranty and did an oil change for under 35$. He kept in contact the entire time as well. Great place for anyone esp for women that fear getting mansplained or taken advantage of. Love this place

We’re very lucky to have this great shop within a short walk of our office. Service is solid, people are friendly, and they’re easy to work with, whether we’re leaving one of our cars or waiting. And they’re flexible, which is critical for our personal and especially our company cars. It’s a very well-managed operation.

These guys are great. Knowledgeable, professional and flexible in getting cars in when you need something done. Monroe is a chain but they work and act like our own local community asset. Were lucky to have this Monro in Bay.

So frustrated! Had the rear A/C motor replaced today. We can now hear the motor when you turn on the rear fan where it used to be silent. Mentioned this to the tech and he tried to tell me its cause the vent is open. Had to go back to the shop because they checked the front AC which was never even discussed and never put the cover back on. I went with Monro because their diagnostic cost is half of everyone else and they do a great job with our oil changes. They supposedly paid double for the part they needed compared to what is listed online at all the autopart stores then added an upcharge of 50%. Then charged $40 to dispose of the a/c motor. The service was surprisingly quick but I feel like I got taken on the price. We wont be back.

I needed help evaluating which tires would be best for my situation. Mark spent significant time helping me wade through my options. He was very helpful and got me into the tires of my choice at a reasonable price. I never felt pressured. I appreciate his knowledge and patience.

Went in because I needed a new brake caliper because it was leaking. Brakes are now barely functional and the alignment is also messed up now. The caliper needing replacement was in the back, so this should have nothing to do with alignment. Clearly these criminals are intentionally breaking things on your car to make you come back.

Great job installing a new battery in my Honda in a timely, reasonably-priced, courteous manner.

Came in on a Thursday about an hour and a half before close for an oil change. I hoped they could finish by the next day and they ended up finishing that night. Prices for oil change and tire rotation are pretty standard and you always have the option for conventional oil which is a plus for me.Also, they always do an inspection while working on your car and make repair recommendations. Overall very satisfied with this place. A lot of bang for your buck if you’re looking for a place to consistently maintain your car.

After having my tires inflated twice without appointment and at no charge, I didn’t hesitate visiting a third time that resulted in a tire patch and a reasonable charge. Rarely have I experienced such exceptional service without sales pitch pressure. When it’s time to replace tires, I plan to return there.

Happy to let everyone know that Bay Village Moro has this time, EXCEEDED my expectations far greater than I ever expected!A few days ago I called in the later evening to make an appointment for brakes. I drive from Bay Village to Shaker Heights and braking at 60/70mph on I-480 is everyday and not to be taken lightly.Mark answered the phone and got me in that night and Jim inspected my car just before they were about to close so I would have an estimate for the job to be done first thing the next day! My car was ready to roll at Noon, the time I asked that I could pick it up.A few days later my check engine light came on. I have a 2014 Chevy Cruz with 70,000 miles. I drove into Monro, again after 5:PM and Mark and Jim did a complete diagnostic check and fixed my car on the spot!Oh, theres more. The diagnostic check would take anywhere between 30 & 60 min. My wife was still at work and I told Mark, well, Ill just walk home, and see you later when its done. Mark said wait, let me give you a ride, the truck might be a little cold but I dont want you walking home If I can take youThank you Mark, the Awesome New manager! and to Jim the phenomenal technician whos like family taking care of our families cars for many, many years! Wow!

Last minute, i ran in this morning with hopes to have my tire patched up so I could make it to work. Even with three appointments ahead of me, mark managed to squeeze me in quickly, and patched the tire before my girlfriend could run across the street to get coffee. I spoke to Mark an hour before closing and told him what I needed done to my truck and Mark told me to bring it down and was done before I knew it. The experience here was wonderful, Jon got my car in so quick and replace my tires with in the time he said he would. I would highly recommend any family or friends to come see him at this location. The service was friendly and very quick being there was only one tech. Jon also notified me of any other repairs I will need in the future that he could happily take care of for me when the time comes.

The service here is quick, the people are diligent and understanding, able to fit me in the day of for an oil change. I was in and out in under an hour. The prices are fair and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and understood exactly what was going on with my car- and I only went in for an oil change! The fact that they looked at my whole car was helpful, and they never tried to sell me anything or persuade me to add on another service; they just wanted to make sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car. I highly recommend this place as it is by far the best place I have ever gotten an oil change.

Realized I had a leak in a tire and they were able to get me in last minute. Cost was reasonable and the fella at the front was very friendly and personable.

These folks are great. They have gone above and beyond for me on a couple of occasions. The most recent one was for a dash display problem on my 2009 Prius - apparently a common issue, but expensive one to fix. When I took the car to the dealer to get a quote, they tried to load me up on a number of things that needed to get fixed on the car, presumably to get me to trade it in. I took it to Bob and his team, and they did some extensive research for me to see if there was a more affordable way to get the display fixed. In the end, given the nature of the issue, it had to be fixed by the dealer, so Bob recommended I take it there. In short, Bob didn’t benefit from all of the work that he put in on that issue, but he did it anyway. For that, he and his team have my trust and loyalty.

Two things that can be a real pain to find when you move to a new state are healthcare providers and an auto repair shop you can trust! These guys have helped me out with everything from an oil change and a break job to a header repair and a tire replacement. They are friendly, fast and never pressure me on unneeded repairs. I like knowing up front what Im going to spend and how long it will take. Prices are competitive, and the service is honest and friendly! Give Bob a call!

I am now a customer for life. My car battery died and I couldn’t even get it jumped to drive the short distance to monro’s - I called to see if they offered tow truck services (they do not) but Bob offered to drive to my place to see if he could get it jumped. He was at my house in less than 10 minutes and had it started for me! So nice to have this type of customer services these days!

First experience here and it was great. Went in knowing we had break issues. Guys inspected vehicle and invited me out to show me what they found. I didn’t have to ask to see the problem. I appreciate that. Completed the front break job in less than an hour while I waited. I will definitely come back for future service and I highly recommend.

They tried up-selling me on things I didnt need, like windshield wipers, license plate lights (which only 1 was burnt out, still had 1 working). Some employees are super nice and others are not kind at all. Theyre just there to get their job done.I was a little frustrated when I asked them to check my brakes, and they did a full inspection on the car. The unexpected extra time made me late for work. It should have only been 15 minutes to check the breaks to see how thick they were, but it took them almost an hour because of all the other stuff they were checking.Nothing unusual from a standard mechanic shop.I did get new tires there though, and no complaints about the tires. They carried the brand I needed and didnt have to order them.

Exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Dropped my car off at 8am for a simple oil change. Didn’t receive a call/update until I called to see what was going on at 6pm. Only to find out they had yet to start the process with the shop closing at 7pm. Absolutely no customer recovery by manager Bob, who was nothing but disrespectful. Will not be returning!

In January I had a leak in a tire, I took it to Monro and they patched it up within 30 min. Around a month later, I had another leak... in the same tire. I thought it mightve been a faulty patch, I mean what are the odds a second screw would puncture the same tire... well that was the case. I took it back in to Monro, they inspected the tire immediately and offered free service since the first patch was so recent and the second screw was just bad luck. I was extremely grateful for this. They have excellent service and are quick to take care of their customers. Couldnt think more highly of this store!

I feel like I have frequent buyer points there, and they exceed my expectations every time. They know me by name and are usually able to find the problem and fix it very soon after I bring it in. I owe these guys a whole lot!

I called to get a wheel swap on a BMW 3 series and he said bring it up, I pulled up in my truck and the first comment was, I didnt know it was a truck I cant do it, I told him that it was a BMW and he would be coming in a minute and that I had the wheels in my truck, he came out and looked at them and then started telling me excuses as to why he can bolt them on, there is no tread on this tire one is a different tire Im not going to mount these it is his job to ask questions over the phone, I was upset that I had to drive to the shop to be told he didnt feel like doing his job, I would not do buisness here ever again.
