I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.I went to another place and the Lady did NOT follow the picture at all.I came to Kelly Nails from a friends recommendation to re-do them.Benjamin did my nails and I was so happy with the outcome!!!He took such good care of me and made sure I 100% loved my nails every step of the way and was comfortable the entire time!!I cant recommend him enough!!!!

Horrible service done my a man. Did not get his name but he was horrible. I asked for a gel pedicure and as he was cutting my toenails, he kept digging to cut the edges of my nails. I told him to stop and to just file them multiple times, seeing as though they were already short. I later go home and come to find out that he separated my nail from the nail bed and if I would not have told him to stop, he would’ve continued to cut all the way down to my cuticle. You would think that they would stop when you tell them to but he kept on going. I would not recommend this nail salon at all! PICTURES ARE PROOF.

First time at this place because it was recommended to me . I had the worse experience ever ! I hate my nails and pedicure !!! 😩 and im getting married tomorrow ! My toes i told her dont cut leave as is !! She filed them round and then to try and fix she filled them super short !!! My acrylics are croked lumpy she didnt clean out my cuticles and cut me the nails look like they were done by a newbie !! Then I was charged 100+ dollars prices are ridiculous !!! Now i have to go somewhere else to fix this mess before my wedding tomorrow …. Never again !!!

I visited kellys establishment today 8/16/2021. I brought my daughter who is 8 years old. it is her birthday & I wanted to treat her to a manicure pedicure. Kelly charged me $65 for a mani pedi on a 8 year old girl. the girl assigned to do the services did not follow directions and did what she wanted to do. she didnt put the right color and burnt my daughters fingers with their tools. I was overcharged $100 for a full set.I didnt get jewels or anything fancy & the person assigned to me also burnt & cut my finger. I spoke with kelly and asked her why is the price so much for poor service. she replied its her new covid prices. I spoke with her again over the phone and she was not willing to reason or listen to my concerns. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

My mom went today 9/3/21, to get a gel mani pedi, not even 3 hours later she begins to cook and do the dishes when THEY BEGAN TO CHIP and rip! $30 is to expensive especially with the TERRIBLE QUALITY. Don’t go

I used to really enjoy this salon, and they play cool music. But now they only do GEL manicures and pedicures, and the pedicure chairs were in bad condition.

I have been going to Kellys for some time now and wow things have changed. Not only are the prices now sky high the service depending on the Nail tech is not the greatest. Theres a new Nail tech named BEN that works there and I cant believe Kelly allows someone so unprofessional to work in her Nail Salon not only is he rude to Some Customers hes Rude to some of the staff as well. I Wouldnt recommend this Salon to anyone its sad how its going downhill.

The nail techs are terrible, I asked for almond shape nails, in one hand I had stilettos and the other was half almond half coffin. If you like your nails being done slow and bad, then this is the place for you. Took him 1 hour and a half to just apply and fill them in. Do not recommend at all!!!!!

This service was nice and the technician was nice and she did a great job. However at the end she asked the owner manager for a price for my nails which was strange. I do this exact service all the time and she decided that a full hand design was 5 dollars per finger so 50 dollars for the design alone plus the 35 or 40 dollars for the actually gel manicure.Who has paid 100 dollars for nails alone. No tips just a gel manicure with full hand design.If you want your entire hand they usually charge a 15 flat fee for the design never more than 20 and this lady suggested $50. Even the nail technician looked amazed. I guess she is trying to make up for her loses during The shut downs.

Please see photos!!! I tried my best to give this place a chance. I wanted to get a particular fall style and that I found online and ended up having something totally differnt. The ombre is painted on and its not even blending. The tree designs are locked in some gel....This Cost me $85 and never again will I go back😥 I asked the nail tech can you do this design she said yes. At the end my nails were thick and lumpy..... I wasted my money and I dont even live close to this place. At the end she said sorry this was a hard design to do. Then she says we did not have the powder for the ombre. I said Theresa why didnt you tell me this from the beginning???? She even knows my nails were fkd up..

I got my nails done by Kelly, I got the powder dip! She did a wonderful job! And theres lots of colors to choose from!

Not to thrilled with this place went to get my eyebrows done 10 dollars she charged due to covid and she rushed . Last time i was there she did my feet she didnt even scrub my feet or massaged them they basically rush thru everything .

They do nails really well here but they are expensive. 55 dollars for a fill in + gel and no design. No tip included. That was strange to me. Im not going back

Theresa has been doing my nails for several years and I’ve never been disappointed! My nails last up to six weeks before I require a fill in and I’ve always been a lady to have my nails done! Stopped coming here service got really bad when moved to new location. Dirty bad service don’t make an appointment because either way you wait three hours and they try to push you off to someone else . Advised friends family and coworkers to also no longer go .

I go to Kellys Hair & Nail every two weeks. Mai-Le is my go to girl! She is extremely kind and accommodating. She takes her time with both my manicure and pedicure. Ive even gotten my mother and sister to start seeing her. She truly is a gem!

Went to Kelly for 6 years, Kelly and her mom is beautiful people but the rest of the staff brings down a the moral and respect of her shop. I was totally disrespected, one day for simply asking for my feet to be fixed properly because it wasn’t done properly...because my nephew I found out was sick and I had to rush to the hospital..and one of her family members got totally disrespectful with me. After that day I lost all respect for Kelly because I was a loyal customer and I did not deserve such treatment and she did not check the situation, nails don’t last like before and when you ask them to fix something and they acting like they didn’t see what your asking them to fix is totally unacceptable, I will spend my hard earned money else where

Mya was an amazing nail tech, and due to her departure I went along with Theresa. I always saw her work since she sat next to Mya and always said she was amazing. Not a good experienceKelly was very rough and lousy customer service was told to come In early to soak off nails at 11 appointment was at 12. finally made it to the chair at 12:30 then was put on hold because someone came in and wanted their eyebrows done then she was sitting talking and looking at pictures with a Co-worker leaving me in the chair waiting. Didnt take the proper steps but it would take entirely too long to write down how lousy the service was and was not worth the cost

The place was run down they had a bug in the sink. Which turned me off to getting any other services. They dont take credit cards but they did have a ATM. But they are very expensive for the services. What I wanted wasnt really what I received. Over all I say the price didnt match the service.

I had an apt with Kelly and she pinned me off to someone else who did a horrible job on my nails. I had my nails done on Friday and two days later my nail chips completely off. TWO DAYS LATER!!! Never again. Acrylic should not chip off. Not only that, I asked her for coffin shape but she gives me square. Completely annoyed. Will never come back!

Only certain employees are good at doing nails here, those employees deserve a good review. Unfortunately, the others are pretty bad, which ruins the experience for many people. It’s a gamble unless you have a specific person that you want to work on your nails, ie. Kelly or one of the gentlemen who works there. Your experience will likely be a hit, but it may very well be a miss. But like I said, some employees are very skilled.

So I went today for a pedicure they charged $30 and had to be gel ok but no message no scrubbing no filing nothing this is a ripoff they should warn people before sitting them down on a chair that don’t message either never again they stole my money

I did this rating having used someone other than Kelly herself. Kelly is 5+ star however anyone else.I went against my instinct allowed a different lady to do my pedicure and regretted deeply. I came in for a pedicure and I could tell that she was being overaggressive with the pedicure tearing my cuticles when I said something she said “like you haven’t come in a long time” (I just had a baby) I could see a little bleeding. I let it go thinking it’s cleaned up and should be okay. Couple days later my toe had slow onset of chronic pain and swelling, which had never been severe but was still painful enough to interfere with my normal activities. Today it turned painful and I went too the urgent care they confirmed I have an infection due to over cutting of my cuticle so disappointed and hurt. I’ve been coming here for years and she should have warned me of what she had done being a professional instead of lying, I could taken preventive action instead of ignoring my pain and thinking it would decrease soon and instead now I have terrible infection and in pain. 😢 with a newborn at home

If I could give no stars I would because I went to get my gel manicure done on Friday and today they are chipping off. Their service is trash as well. I asked how long I had to keep my nails under the fan and one of the ladies was like how ever long you want.

Worst nail salon Ive ever been to. The gentlemen who did my nails couldnt stop shaking. Maybe its a medical condition but a nail tech isnt the job for him. While he was working the other nail techs were laughing at him. If he cant perform his job correctly, get rid of him. My 3 year old couldve donea better job. Never going back and a 1 star rating is 1 star too many.

This place is a mess. The woman that was doing my nails was either starting her first day or just seriously bad. She forgot to cure my base coat and was scared to put color polish on it. It was literally a gel manicure. Nothing fancy. She wasnt covering the edges of the nail bed. I had to tell her she missed it on every single nail. It just got to thr point where someone else took over. Ive been to this place plenty of times and the service was average to abysmal. Ive found a bettet place that is cheaper and has more talented techs.

I got my nails done today uv gel filling she wanted me to get acrylic I said no multiple times did a great job on my nails but hated her trying to convince me. The pedicure was a fast job no message no scrubbing on thighs no hot towel nothing wam bam thank you mam when I go to pay with my debit card I say charge me $20 more so you can take the tip she said I have to charge you $4 extra for tip I’m like what why ? taxes, I said no charge me regular so I didnt give a tip like for real you charge me to pay you a tip no,yeah it’s $4 but that’s illegal plus she said you can use our atm machine it will charge you $3.50 like no and just left they don’t say hi no greeting I don’t know if I will return

Awful, I got an acrylic fill in 3 days ago and already 4 of the nails broke! Are you kidding me! One fell off 3 hours after i got them done just from me putting on my bra! And another one while i was swimming, and another one just 10 minutes ago from me pulling my sweater up on my shoulder! This place sucks! They make the acrylic way to thin! And i got a pedicure and when they were done both of the sides of my big toes were bleeding!

I loved the guy that did my nails, he was very nice but he was really rough with my nails, he looked tired, he kept asking me if i was okay, and he was talking reckless in chinese about me just because i didn’t want my nails too short so i made him size them again, my nails are really thick, the gel doesn’t look good or well applied, my nails are crooked ,he was a new guy that i’ve never seen there before, he completly avoided my cuticules, he didn’t even touch my cuticles, he did my nails without cutting of my cuticles, which is really annoying because my nails look reallt small now 🙄 i loved his patience and vibe but i didn’t like how you left my nails , don’t recommend this place unless you want thick crooked nails 😌

My first time trying this place and the experience was horrible, Maya the lady who did my nails was aggressive, she got mad when I told her I wanted to change the length of my nails and charged me extra? It’s been less than 2 weeks and all of the nails on my right hand broke, and I work in retail so there shouldn’t be a reason for them to break so easily. I’ve gotten my nails done before at another place and they’ve lasted me over 3-4 weeks. This place also over charges you way to much. I paid 37 for regular nail polish on my acrylics. Whereas I’ve paid 40 for gel on my acrylics at my usual spot. I only came here bc it was busy at my usual place, worst mistake. If you come here don’t go with maya bc clearly she did a horrible job and is extremely rude. She smelled like cigarettes too and was not pleasing at all.

Dont use the guy, he is so rude! Flinged my hand and foot at me as if I disgusted or annoyed him. Has an attitude and walks like something is stuck up his butt. I got charged more for coffin yet theyre all different shapes. He puts my phone on his charger while I was washing my hands and when i thanked him (bc I didnt ask) he snatches his cord and says he needs it as if I took it without asking. He did a bad job and his attitude is terrible!

Kelly Nails are horrible and when the nail was coming off apparently the actual nailcome off as well. It was painful taking it out. Worst experience ever. 👎

I’ve personally never been to the store but my mom went there to get her feet done a few months ago.She was talking to one of the guys there.My mom is Haitian so she was probably talking to my grandma on the phone and so one of the male workers called my mom “old” and “not cute” . It’s amusing but offensive.
