Joy was such a joy to work with! My Mom and I went to her for my Bridal Shower invitations since we were looking for something unique and a creative person to help us. We loved the experience and we went on to create our Wedding invitations, place cards & menus! Working with Joy has been by far my best and most favorite experience as I plan my upcoming wedding. She is extremely creative and pays close attention to the details you wish for in your save the dates & invitations. It was super fun designing my invites. My Save the Dates received such positive feedback from my guests; they were so excited to receive them and its been nice getting pictures of them hanging on their fridges and desks. Joy did not only an absolutely insanely amazing job on my wedding invitations she couldn’t have been more caring! Throughout being a COVID bride most things were not easy in almost every aspects of planning but she really did anything she could to help! I originally (pre-covid) second guessed my design which she offered for me to come right in to be sure I was happy. Then I postponed my June wedding which she waited until the last second to print everything to make sure they were printed with the date I would be having the wedding.. Not to mention now for my February wedding she did the same thing! Making all the changes and accommodations I could have asked for. I have received multiple calls that these are the last gorgeous invitations my guest have every seen. I will not only be recommending the Stationary Bar in the gutter but definitely be using them again!

5 stars isnt enough!! The Stationary Bar was a diamond in the rough when it came to finding someone to make my invitations. I knew exactly how I wanted my wedding invitations to look in my head, but no one I met with seemed to completely get me. I wanted to work with someone in-person so I could see/feel all the different colors/textures/cardstocks, rather than ordering something impersonal online. I found Joy online, and I am SO glad I decided to contact her. From start to finish she was an absolute pleasure to work with and gave me exactly what I wanted. She understood my look and vision, and gave me her honest opinion on everything. What I loved most about Joy is that even after her opinions and feedback, if I still wanted something done differently, she respected what I wanted and made my vision come to life. Extremely kind and easy to work with (I emailed her probably 80 times in 1 month with edits for my invites, and she never once got annoyed or rude with me), and her work is amazing quality. She ended up doing my bridal shower invites and ceremony programs as well, both of which came out looking beautiful! My mom and I loved working with her. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Joy is seriously the sweetest! She was pleasant and professional from our very first meeting! She listened to what I wanted and was willing to re-design my invitation suite when I had a change in heart. She kept me calm when I felt super-stressed and was able to create something magical for me. My vellum and foil invitations were more than I could have ever dreamed and I got so many compliments on them when my guests received their invitations. When I was expecting my first child, my husband used The Stationery Bar for my surprise baby shower invitations and they were amazing! Eight years later I still have one framed in my daughters room!!! Since then Joy has been our go to for all our events. Just this February she made the most beautiful invitations and favors tags for my girlfriends baby shower. They were gorgeous!! Absolutely amazing. Joy made cute invitations for my daughters 50s theme graduation party, everyone texted me when they received the invites expressing how unique they were.
