I have been going to USA auto for many years. Trust is a deep component when dealing with an auto repair shop. I trust the owner Ben because he never tries or suggest unnecessary work, explains thoroughly the situation with your car and has it back to you fixed and ready to go in a timely fashion.

These guys are the best. Honesty and integrity ....they have never done me wrong!! My mechanics for life!!

My family and I have been going to USA Auto for many years with all our automotive routine maintenances as well as the usual necessary repairs that annoyingly happen as the miles go by. The owner is very knowledgeable and on hand - his workers as well are very qualified - this is a very respectful and honest business that has always kept us coming back over all these years.

Went to this location 3 times for an inspection all three times they found something that needed repairs 2 out of the three times I went somewhere else and it passed inspection he’s a crook always looks for money tells you things are wrong that are unnecessary and do not need repairs The shop will lie and take your money do yourself a favor go somewhere else Make that 3 for 3 I was told from this location that I needed ball joints front tires rear brakes went to a different place and it passed this place only wants your money go Somewhere else save your hard earned money

Bought a car from him, it was a lemon from the beginning. Then he put a new engine and weve had problems ever since. The temperature gauge goes up and the car isnt hot. He charges you for work that wasnt done or over charges. Tells you that work needs to be done just to get money out od you. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THERE OR HAVE YOUR CAR WORKED ON, HES A RIP OFF!

Great local mechanic brought my car in to put in a new transfer case i work on my own cars so i was very nervous on taking my car to a shop for the first time in my life. i was very impressed had the car done same day and it runs like new again would definitely recommend them.

Wonderful techs! They tested the brakes out and inspected them. Did not feel that they needed repaired/replaced and did not charge me a cent.

I took my Jeep Wrangler to other mechanics and they couldn’t work on it because I have after market parts on it. I went to another mechanic to change the Transfer case out and got it back with leaks and sounded worse than when I brought it in. I took it to USA auto and they were professional, great quality work and work with me on pricing. If I have any other issues with my car that place is my go to spot 100%. Thanks USA auto I love driving my Jeep again. 👍🏾. I will recommend you guys as much as I can. Great job

Ben and his men are the most honest repair guys I have dealt with in a very long time. HIs work is fast and repairs are done in the time he promises. He also charges the lowest prices anywhere. He repaired a problem with my anti sway brackets for less then half of what Firestone wanted. He also treated me like family. He has my business for life.

Great owner, very knowledgeable workers when I took my car there. Had my brakes and rotors changed on the front and back of my car didnt spend alot and niether in the middle but hey me being a first time customer I was treated fairly. Was also given recommendations on other items my car could get fixed and best part you can go on a payment plan if you need pricey work. Overall recommend this place would give 5 starts but being it was my 1st time there ill have to wait to see next time my car needs work done

Went in and asked for a diagnostic on my power steering pump for $30. Came back 2 hours later the guy had told me the entire pump needed to be replaced for $1000 and didnt even write me a receipt until I came back and asked for one.. ok? Took my car to a family mechanic and he was able to locate the leak and fix it for $45. I wouldnt waste your money or time here.

I took my van in for a routine oil change and tire rotation . Turns out I had a shock leakage in the front alignment which is dangerous. Ben the owner and Ogan the mechanic handled the situation beautifully and were very knowledgeable and considerate. The pricing was competitive and although the wait was long it was totally worth it! Thank you all again I look forward to returning with my other car! God Bless

USA Auto has always been good to me!! Whenever I go in there I always seem to be tight on time and they are always willing to squeeze me in and not keep me waiting too long. Not to mention they have the best deal on oil changes!! I trust them to do any work, get the job done quickly and not over charge me and do unnecessary work.

This place should be called Miracle Bens! It may be a small shop, but their service is five star all the way. Very HONEST people....A good friend who owns new a Mercedes referred me to USA AUTO REPAIR after the turbo went on my 2005 VW Jetta Wagon TDI. I was getting quotes from other shops that just to get the turbo replaced was going to cost me at least $3K...ouch. I spoke with Ben and he gave me a quote that came it under budget for a new turbo (Miracle #1). He special ordered the part in for me and got my car in within two days of the call. Since he was able to give me such a good price, I was also able to get my front brakes done and have a brand new battery installed.Miracle #2 came when two days later, my car sounded like it had eaten a very angry R2D2 (high pitched whining sound, plus no power). I brought it in first thing in the morning, concerned that yet another problem had arisen with my now aging VW. Turns out the brand new turbo was defective. Before I could even respond to the voicemail he had left to tell me whats wrong, they had managed to get ANOTHER brand new turbo in and start working on my car. By the time I called after I had a break in my meeting schedule that afternoon, they were just about ready to take it for a test drive. I picked it up the same day around 5:30pm - no charge and a big smile from Miracle Ben.

I have had a horrible experience with USA Auto Repair. I brought my car to them for am air-conditioned problem Ben told me it was one thing I got it back, it didnt work, brought it back to Ben he said well then it must be this thing, got it back still didnt work, brought it back a third time only to find out it was just the switch on the dash board $2500 later. it cost me over $2000 to fix a $150 problem. I will NEVER recommend USA Auto to anyone who rips people off like that.
