I hired this contractor to treat rodent problem in my crawlspace. The man called Cordell and his partner came, inspected the situation and left 6 traps. They were only willing to provide 1 year warranty. They were supposed to come to my house 4 times. The first two times they came on time. After I gave them the payment check. The contactors did not come on time for the 3rd time. I had to call to ask them to come. They arrived in the afternoon instead of in the morning. And the 4th time was even worse. After the contractor did not show up, I had to call Cordell. After multiple phone calls, he answered. I was told that his son got Covid and he needs to be in quarantine for 14 days. And he never came back to my house.7 Months after the treament, I found two small dead rats in my crawlspace. Obviously, there are still holes that rats could come in. Then I tried to call Cordell multiple times. He never answered calls. I sent him multiple text messages. He only responded once and told me that he will let Jennifer, his wife and owner to call me to schedule an appointment. After that, no phone calls, no text messages.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. FIND SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS MORE RELIABLE!
