I cannot say enough great things about how amazing Miguel was on a terrible day. Miguel knew exactly what he was doing and was the third tow company called after experiencing nothing but rude and unskilled techs by two prior companies, I was at my breaking point. Due to COVID, a company fleet car hadn’t moved or been started in 18 months, so not very typical. Thankfully, Miguel was so amazing, friendly, even called 10 minutes prior, knew exactly what to do. Thank you so very much! Highly recommend!!

A friend of mines took his truck in to get some work done on his truck .not only in my opinion the took advantage of him (hes slightly mentally challenged) but they stole from him . this is my opinion from the facts Ive been presented verbally and physically. They were to see if the heads needed repair .they dismantled the engine told him he needed a new one .at the time they should of put his truck back the way they received it cause he didnt have the money to do repairs and had him women get his vehicle .so the vehicle is in the possession for some time .I guess they go back and forth trying to come up with a solution .fast forward my friend is driving down the road sees his truck on the side of the road hood in the bed no motor just the block all the wires cut battery missing which was new the exhaust cut .its like they had no intention on repairing his vehicle .they or somebody took off what they wanted and left it there .the vehicle was in a&k possession for repairs to to that point not returned to the owner .they have dealt with my friend before and over charged him on prior repair job . I just feel that they took advantage of him in my opinion. So be aware of your dealings

Terrible service! their towing service should be ridiculed and revoked!! Do not use their towing service, Geico informed me they will not be using their services anymore. I reached out to them after waiting 2 hours, a male informed me their tow truck will be there in 15 minutes, I call 40 minutes later and the receptionist tells me I was never in their system, a blatant lie. They canceled on me without informing anyone. They then deliberately lie to me saying I WAS NEVER IN THEIR SYSTEM! Geico informed me they canceled 2 hours after they mentioned their dispatcher would be at my car in 15 minutes. I have never complained/ critiqued online about any service or establishment but this has to be shared. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, Geico customers be aware. Geico rep mentioned A&K will be dropped from their vendor list. What a day wasted.

This was not an easy tow! Our RV was head in against a wall, it had to be winched out and then loaded on the truck. Watching Jesus Perez do this with no damage to the RV was amazing. He knows his equipment and how to use it. He was professional and patient and the job was done right. He stated he treats each tow as if it were his own car. It shows. Congratulations and thanks for an excellent job!

While doing a delivery, my car broke down and I gave this shop a call. While only having 1 driver they were able to get my car towed back to Concord in a more than timely manner. There was excellent communication between the driver and dispatch and they gave a more than reasonable price.

I dont like this place because they are dishonest they put a dent in my car stole my radiator cap I have a remanufactured engine with 5000 MI I took my car in for new power steering hoses took the car home and it was leaking everywhere with fluid brought the car back to them and they warped my power steering pulley and they kept my car for three weeks so I came back to pick my car up finally they told me it was ready to go when I got home the car overheated like I said I have a remanufactured my car never overheated since I put this engine in until I bring it to a&k auto and I believe they stole a part on my car because they have the same car there and they never called me to update me about my car I always have to call them and check on my car I highly do not recommend this place it makes me if I was the chosen customer

Got a call from the mechanic shop that the repairs on my car were finished, so I called A&K towing to two the car back to my house (car was not ready to be driven on street). I got to the shop at the same time of the tow truck, but the car wasnt ready to leave the shop (a bit of miscommunication with mechanic). I had to tell the tow truck driver that I wont be needing their service, The mechanic also explain the reasons to the driver. I was ready to pay for the tow or at lease a service charge (it would be understood). Driver call the office and they didnt charge me anything.... I felt very graceful; the repairs on my car were very expensive and at that point every saving was good. This was my second time using this company and they were the one taking the car to the shop in the first place.So,... Thanks very much for your graceful gesture!!!Also among their awesome service, their price was the most reasonable!!

My Ford Explorer 2015 visit this amazing place, this month July, 2019 Jaime help me , he listen my Concerns, he did extra on my truck, he took the time to explain me the work my truck need it, with proofs, he show me the before and after, parts. something the Ford dealer never did. I have a 2000 Ford Expedition my radiator blew up on me one morning on the way to work these folks came out to my house you know I had to pay the money to tell it to the shop for hours later to have my truck fixed and running very well and never had a problem with the radiator with a cooling system ever again I give these guys five stars and let them know they did a wonderful job and I appreciate their honesty truthfulness and good work.

A&K towing towed my Scion FR-S yesterday and took it to a shop of my choice. I have never had such a great experience with a towing company EVER. the owner of the company himself came to help me out and was very humble , polite, educated and was clearly all about customer service. He assured me that he would get to the shop safe and timely. When we got to the shop he shook my hand and thanked me for my time. It surprised me because of how respectful he was. Simply a man that genuenly wants his business to do well by quality and honest work. I will 100% give them a call for a tow and if I ever need work done on a car. These guys will help you out without a doubt in my mind and more importantly they will give you an honest quote and will not waste your time nor will they up the price for anything. I’d give them 10 starts if possible.

Excellent job of excellent people. I got my car fixed few months ago and another one just a week ago. My first shop visit, the owner Praveen made a great job simplifying by replacing just the stripped wheel bolt, instead of the whole wheel assembly, resulting to a reasonable cost. My second visit a week ago, Mr Praveen, made a good AC diagnosis for free on my Honda. I needed roadside assistance through Liberty Mutual. They sent one of their trucks from A&K. The truck took twice as long as the ETA said. He even had to stop for gas before coming to assist me. That is unacceptable. Terrible service as well. AAA would never take that long.

I was helped by, Jesus. He was like an angel showing up after standing in the pouring rain in the night, soaking wet.I had a very bad experience when needing road service the time b4. I did everything I could do so I wouldnt have to make that call. Eventually called & dreaded what tow company & technician would be sent. Jesus showed up and was so professional. He really helped me & my grandson.He made us feel like he genuinely cared that we were cold, wet & been scared waiting at night. I hope I can get him everytime in the future should I need roadside help again. He went beyond the call of duty with his help and kindness. He reinstilled the trust I had lost.

This is the best auto shop in town and so I had a broken Nissan Maxima engine that needed to get fixed and so I went to A&K repair and towing shop and one of the employees Chris helped me get my car fixed in no time and successfully replaced my engine with a whole new engine and now my car is running Great! I recommend Families and Friends to get there cars fixed to all your car problems no matter the make or model of your car at this shop and asked for Chris he will make sure your car will get fixed ASAP!!

A flatbed from this establishment almost crashed into my SUV that was filled with my family. I called into complain and I was advised that the driver was suspended for 3 days. Im glad they took that idiot off the streets.!!!

Did an oil change in 15min....... excellent service.

My first visit here seemed fantastic. Shortly after I had my oil xhanged my vehicle started acting strange...just dying for no reason. I took it back 1 week later and was told it was leaking oil and that I ran all the oil out, but I jad no oil on the ground where I parked my car. Praveen changed the oil plug but now my van consistently leaks oil. I am positive they forgot to put the oil in from the oil change and now my vehicle engine is damaged forever. I also had 3 catalytic converters changed and now my car rattles on acceleration and my engine light came back on within a month of having this work done. Never again will I take anything here

I overheard the gentleman who worked on my car say he was able to overcharge the lady with the birds 250 . ..for putting 2wires and a battery that was only 4months old cost 850 but ended up paying 700 ..labor 450 .thats sad how people treat others in times like this knowing I am sleeping in my car and have health issues..my first time ever leaving a bad rewiew but Im hoping that woman pay close attention to service here.

I called my insurance company and they stated a hour and 15 min wait for tow service then the guy calls me back and states it would be 60 mins and I told him about my gate was a closed community and access is limited the contacted AnK tow company and the guy on the phone was very polite and decent and reported that my driver would be there in 10 mins far off from what my insurance said but very impressed with time schedule the driver was excellent and very hard working his name was jesus

Best Tow EVER. I Totalled My Car On The FreeWay, My Tow Truck Driver Jesus Came Right Away. I Was Crying/ Haveing Anxiety Attack, Jesus Reasured Me Everything Will Be Alright. My Car Would Not Start And He Somehow Got My Totalled Car To Start and Running. To Be Safe He Towed My Car Away, Put Me In The Tow Truck and Gave Me Water.
