Deceptive vehicle description. Highly risky purchasing from this auction. With COVID you are not allowed previews. You MUST trust their description of the vehicles. They will not disclose anything knowing fully cars they put out have engine , transmission, structural issues. Cars with excessive body damage or rust , they take pictures at angles which hide any damage.

The only thingwhen you come to this branch you have to waist long time the forkleft s are very slow

7 45 am by the door first in line , door opened 8 12 am. Loaded 9 10 am

My BF took his car there and it was sold with no issues. The main issue was getting the check from them. I had to make multiple calls and they were very rude. They lack good customer service. The check is apparently lost and it has been over a month and they are so slow in issuing a new check.

Had me come all the way there to get my belongings just to find out my belongings that were in my vehicle werent even there. Tried to prepare my car for auction early without the proper requirements, and when asked for my belongings were, noted down that they were disposed of the same day. Apparently theres only one guy that disposes belongings that hes so happened to clock out 5 minutes before I got there so there was nothing they could do. Wasted my time, just to find out that my belongings were at another third-party location

Worst IAA branch and the worst manager to deal with problem, car sold here not as described. misleading highly not recommend to NOT to buy from especially if you are not local and cant inspect the car in person

TWICE they have no-call/no-showed to pick up my car. We had appointments both times, they are hard to get on the phone, and when they did answer, they had no explanation or apology. I do not support this type of ethic.
