Great place nice people. They are higher priced but you do get better products than a big box store. They seem to not like salt pools. But they have always been great to me. Not to mention a staple in the south end of bay city.

All of these ladies are so lovely, they really care about their customers and the work that they do! I know its been very hard with Covid-19 precautions, but these selfless people are doing all they can to help us enjoy our pools and our time at home a little better. THIS IS THE VERY BEST POOL STORE BY FAR IN BAY CITY. FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED. ITS ALSO A WONDERLAND OF CHRISTMAS TREES AND ORNAMENTS DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SEASON. THEY REALLY PACK A LOT IN A SMALL BUILDING. IF YOU HAVE A POOL, CHECK OUT THEIR FRIENDLY STAFF AND THE PRICES THAT EQUAL THE BIG BOX STORES. THEY ALSO DO FREE POOL WATER CHECKS, JUST BRING IN A SAMPLE OF YOUR WATER.
I cant say enough about the women who run this place. Whatever the issue, I just tell them and they have an answer for me! Even told me what to do to get my heater running without having to send out a technician. As a novice when it comes to pool maintenance, they easily could have taken advantage of the situation. Honest and friendly, they are always a pleasure to work with! Very helpful at Christmas time too!!

Staff is always helpful and they remember my pool. They easily recommend the amount of chemicals that I need. Water testing on site. Hours are convenient, even for working people. Sometimes, I have left a sample at the door on my way in to work and my chemicals are pulled and waiting for me on the way home.
In December this is an awesome Christmas store. One of the best in the area.
