I always am well taken care of at Graff Xpress! I have been going there since 2014 and its usually fast and they have good service. Went there today and Brandon took good care of me there very knowledgeable and helpful! Will be returning again of course for my next oil change

Only had one bay open, and despite being the next person in line, I had to wait an hour as somehow upon airing the current customers tires prior to service the Valvestem broke and they had to change their tire, despite not being a tire shop, then do their oil change. By then no one else was open and ended up waiting for service. Hopefully my vehicle will be okay.

I get oil changes here and the prices are fair and the timing is typically fast. The staff is super nice.

Pretty fast and efficient oil change. The prices are reasonable, and if you provide your own oil then they just charge $10 or so in labor which is nice. I’ve never had an issue with the staff sloppily removing oil or pouring oil on the engine the few times I’ve gone here. All in all, a very good option to get our oil changed, and not wait an hour

I thought this place was amazing, fast and for the price you cant beat it. BUT this is the second oil change for me, that my oil light came on with over 1,000 miles still to go. My oil is low! so they are not filling to capacity when doing the oil change.My husband experienced the same thing on his last oil change and warned me, but I still went anyways. :(Will not be visiting again.

The staff of Graff Xpress are very professional, yet fun to chat with while they service the vehicle. They are very thorough, having pointed out issues to me that they dont offer repairs for nor were they asked to look for (in my case intake hoses my mechanic failed to reconnect). Im always satisfied with their speed, work, and prices. Over all, a great place for an oil change.

They were understaffed but the crew was polite, engaging, and made sure I was taken care of.

Had an issue 3 times 3 different visits where the mechanic forgot to close my air cleaning cover and made me freak out thinking my new van was having engine problems as it started chugging. My husband said they didnt put the cover on and tighten it down. I contacted the service management and he was very apologetic and sent me 2 gifts in the mail. I will still use their services for our fleet.

Was in and out, was a bit pricey $44.04 for an standard oil change seems a bit high on a 2014 Kia soul ,but I guess you are paying for the convenience, they techs did a great job, showed me the oil level and even checked my tire pressure,

Best service ! Best price ! Fast and just really nice guys work there. Try it , then you can take the 10 to 20 bucks you save and go eat somewhere.

Sure its cheap but I guess thats the service you pay for...... wasnt told about the oil pressure sending unit right next to my oil cap was leaking guess thats not something the oil technician would see filling the oil up on my forester....

Waited in line for over 15 mins the guy that was working waved me over to a door that you would think would have been next someone else pulled in atleast 7 to 10 mins after me and as Im still waiting tgey tookthe other car right in... I was so upset I left and probably will NEVER go back.. Which sicks because this is the normal place I go for my oil change.. Not very happy with this place

Standard oil change place. But when I went there the printer was broken, so I couldnt get a receipt, (i keep every receipt for every service on my vehicles). I was told they could email it, but a week later, nothing. I had to go back to get a receipt re-printed for me for my records.
