Absolutely terrible service. Called about a love one day before Thanksgiving said only weekends and Tuesday visits. Called on Thanksgiving to be told we could visit then too like really you couldnt have told me that yesterday. Lady was really rude. If thats how they talk to the loved ones on the phone I wonder how they treat the patients 😲😡

So far it is absolutely terrible. They seem to not really give up too much of a care about rather if you are in a long wait in a room by yourself in the dark. Seems like he just left on the back burner and I’m not even to the Behavior health yet. I stayed here before and obviously it used to be a lot better, I do plan on getting out of here anywhere that I can and getting three different facility I do not recommend coming here

I was recently in inpatient here due to med change and I had the best experience. Jodi, my case worker was super knowledgeable and very efficient. The nurses were so helpful and very friendly especially Chuck and Mandi. The techs there were also the most kind and helpful. To top it off I had THE best doctor of all time. Dr. Lathia was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to get me help where I needed it. I would suggest this institution to anyone that is in need of help. I have been hospitalized more times than I can count and I have never had such a warm welcoming experience. Thank you to all the staff there for making what was bound to be a miserable week as good as it could be.

Im shocked at the lack of compassion and of the rudeness I witnessed from the nursing staff at re inpatient program. There was absolutely nothing helpful in this program to assist patients during their stay. The group sessions were a couple waste of time compared to the outpatient program. There were patients screaming out all night and patients allowed to follow other patients around . They are not allowed to go outside or to have a tv in there room. There was ants crawling all throughout the commons area where patients eat meals! It was a horrible nasty depressing and degrading environment.

I called with questions on the phone and the woman had the nastiest attitude, maybe be more considerate to someone calling for a loved one trying to harm themself?

Absolutely terrible and disgusting treatment. If you need help please go somewhere else.
