Large laundromat that is very clean. It has a nice buzz of people coming and going. The machines vary in size. They have jumbo washers and driers for large items or loads. They also offer a free steamer to remove wrinkles from your clothes which is nice because Im not sure I could find my iron if I needed to iron. Nice place!

Tammy can call me 24 times on my scheduled day off but cannot make sure theres quarters in the quarter machine on a sunday? Awful service.

I love this place, But not today Normally who ever works, vacuums All the dryers well not today. Her family was in their and ask her to start down bye the counter. Well she vacuumed the front dryers where her parents where. She didnt bother doing the other dryers. So I spent more on drying today. She spent more time talking her parents. Another time the ladys always do the dryers all of them. I drive over 30 miles to go to this laundromat. Because it never cost me a lot..

Clean and reasonable prices. All equipment I used worked great.

I did come here for a long time, the place for the most part is kept clean. One of my biggest complaints - it seems to be taking longer, and longer in the dryers for the same clothing. Besides that after my visit this time, I did decide its time to invest in a wash and dryer for me. The girl working was completely and utterly disrespectful to my grandma and myself. Even the manager was disrespectful 😒

WAS Nice, clean! On 4-10-21 the lady working, was NOT wearing Mask, NOT cleaning tables or carts, allowing people to come in and hang out without doing laundry. These people also didnt have a mask on.

One thing I can say about this laundry Matt is that is one of the cleanest laundry Matts I have ever been in. The owners take pride to tell their employers to keep the business clean.

Pretty busy, but otherwise clean and no problems

Place is Clean with updated equipment. But at peak time on a Sunday the staff had 8 dryers tried up including the only 2 large dryers. Not very considerate to the customers. 28 customers in the place. Go before 9AM or day time in the week

My wife & Is go to laundromat! Theres tvs to watch while u wait. A decent quarters game that u can usually break even when playing. An arcade game, pinball machine & vending machines.Not all laundromats have all those perks for u while u wait. I personally have been to laundromats that are literally just wash & dry machines & outdated 1s at that. Not this place. This place is like a breath of fresh air in comparison.Not to mention the staffs great too! You always see the worker on the floor looking busy, always friendly, helping customers if they dont understand something about the machine, or if a machine goes down, theyre on it!

The employees are kind and keep it clean. I have only had a bad experience once(although I dont even rate it as bad) and that was only listening to a mother be mean to her child. I love coming here, I always meet a new person, and every interaction is enjoyable.

One of the cleanest mats in bay city. Prices are very good and staff is friendly and kind. Machines take card which is very convenient. Hardly any machines were out of service. Highly recommend!!

I used to come here weekly when I lived in BC. Now a few times a year for big stuff. Well the washers have been updated and I washed a comforter in a double loader and it was soaking wet. I asked the girl and she explained its too big for the double loader and made reference to the sign. I said the sign says its directed towards 18 lb machines, this machine states 22 lbs. She replied its an old sign. Im already frustrated wondered if I can just do a wringing out cycle I would gladly pay. She suggested the sink.

I put my laundry in a machine that said it was for three loads. So I put a blanket, two pairs of sheets, a large pillow and a small pillow. Dont waste your money on a three load machine because it CANNOT accomidate so-called three loads

This is a nice facility. It is always kept very clean, both inside and out. There is a large grassy area located toward the back (where children might be able to play - supervised by their parents). There are restroom facilities, snack and beverage vending machines, a few bubble gum machines, a pinball machine and a couple of video machines. They advertise wi-fi, however I personally have not tried using it. The prices for washing/drying seem reasonable (though I really dont know what would be a standard price), depending on the size of the load. There are several sorting/folding tables available, as well as laundry carts. A couple of televisions are located at either end. The seating inside is not bad, but not overly comfortable either (the hard-plastic type).Adjacent, across a grassy area, is a bar/lounge. A gas station is located about a block south. A convenience store is about 2 1/2 blocks south.Bottom line: this facility suits my needs very well.

Washing machine was temporary broken at my house this place made it a little easier on me. Large washing machines that were done in as fast as 39 mins, you can also drop off and pick-up, for pretty cheap.

Clean facility and love that I can use my debit/credit card to pay for theachines.

The owner was rude when I stated I got only cold water when I set the machine to hot to wash my white clothes. He told me I needed to use the machines closer to Henry St. if I wanted hot water. I had had good experiences on my previous visits.

Definitely one of the better laundromats Ive been too. Clean. Amazing layout. Price is fair. Did I mention how clean it is? Friendly people.

Back in October I had to have a dress cleaned for my daughter for Home Coming. It had been a long few weeks with back to back funerals, I came in 2 days before the dance. Dropped the dress off, the girls working were amazing. They quoted me a time frame and said theyd get it done with enough time for me to do alterations on the dress. They did! Instead of picking it up the day they quoted me. I received a call the next morning that it was ready. When I walked in, the dress was hanging there. It was beautiful. It sparkled, it didnt look anything like the dirty dress we pulled out of storage last minute to use for homecoming. It was amazing. I cried. My daughter cried when she seen the dress, also. Thank you. We tell everyone to come here. I believe the girl who waited on us was Mallory. Thank you again. For making a bad couple weeks, into something magical for us.

There were huge washers and dryers and lots of folding space but the price was rather outrageous. Put about $30 into one machine and our clothes were still sopping. :( Will not be going back.

We needed this place to help clean up after some minor flooding. Machines were clean and worked well.

Damaged new pants and they paid to replace them but it was not a hassle.
