I looked at several jewelers around the state (chain and local stores) and Quality Jewelers was the best choice for me. My CUSTOM ring was only $275 where other jewelers were quoting me significantly more for the exact same thing. Real amethyst and diamonds on a sterling silver band. Mike was fantastic to work with. He created 3 family rings for myself and two daughters. Using heritage gold and diamonds. The results were perfect, and brought great joy to my family.

Friendly and down home neighborly service. Took my watch to be cleaned. Explained to me it might need more repair than just a cleaning. Cleaned the oxidation on battery terminals and hot it running again. But explained that it would not be permanent fix. Would eventually need some parts replaced. I will be back for future repair.Lots of jewelry for sale from many stones. Beautifully created.

Went into this store today 10-1-20, had a watch I inherited from my uncle that I thought needed a battery. Turns out I just didnt know how to use it, felt like an idiot. Gentleman at the counter just showed me how to get it started when he could have just charged me for a new battery... honest people! Ill be back

I recommend this business Highly. I completely smashed my Wedding Ring and these folks did an amazing job repairing it, and at minimal cost. Another local big name Jeweler told me to scrap it and get a new set, and the quote was ridiculous.

What a great shop! I called about fixing a warped ring yesterday and over the phone I was told that it would cost $13-20 depending on how difficult it was to fix. Brought it in today and he fixed it in about 30 seconds?? My ring even has an engraving on the inside and the words were restored to new!! And then when I asked how much he told me it was on him and to come back any time! Too kind!!

I went in looking for blue topaz. The young man that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. They are also a jewelry repair facility with jewelers on sute. I would definitely recommend Quality Jewelers.

This is the only place I would trust to fix my jewelry. My wedding/engagement set broke and I lost some diamonds. They repaired the broken area and replaced the missing diamonds. My ring looks brand new and the cost was very reasonable. They told me they do repairs at the store, so I didnt have to worry that my set could be lost in shipment. Definitely the place to go for repairs. They have all kinds of jewelry for sale too.

Came to employ services for a wedding ring I bought online (as all wedding advice sites suggest as to get the best value over mall stored and higher priced independent stores) and the jeweler made snotty rude comments about me doing so. Not to my face, but in the back where Im sure he knew I could hear him. As the lady that took the ring back to him tried to show him something else I was enquiring about on the ring, he got rude and snotty once again. No wonder nobody is ever in this business when I drive by every day. I will make sure to spread the word.

Whenever I get a piece of jewelry repaired it always looks brand new when I get it back. They take all the scratches off and then make it shine.
