I’m traveling full time and had an issue with one of my hearing aids. I was able to get an appointment at the local NewSounds center, what a blessing! The staff was very professional, friendly, and taught me things I didn’t know about ears/hearing aids. (I’ve had these aids for over three years). We had a great conversation and both of my hearing aids were serviced, sounds are crisp and clear again! I left thinking how wonderful my visit was and how caring the staff was to a “stranger from out of town”. I highly recommend!

They have always shared candidly about our needs and the hearing instruments and services New Sound offers, but they have never applied the hard sell. I highly recommend them without reservation.

I have been going to New Sound since 2016 now. I have never been disappointed with the service that I have received, both at the time of purchasing hearing aides and after. They now have a new audiologist named Holly Morias who is outstanding as well. Having had previous experiences getting hearing aides from doctors offices, I have found that the service I receive at New Sound is far superior, as far as purchasing aides and after care. My experience has been that Drs offices tend to be too busy. The quality of my hearing aides have been excellent at New Sound. If I could give New Sound 10 stars, I would.

Friends told me that I should go to Sugar Land or Houston, but New Sound in BC offered that same professional audiologists as those in the city and I got local service and attention. Great decision, great job by Janie and Lynette.

I received my pair of hearing aids at New Sound through an NRA hearing promotion. The New Sound people were very polite, professional and helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. They helped me in deciding which model would be best for my situation and I didnt feel pressured or scammed. After a week I came back for a checkup and everything seemed to be fine. Didnt require any further adjustments. Its like Ive got new ears now. I think the technician hit it out of the ball park when she initially set my instruments up. For the time being Im very satisfied with my hearing aids as I continue to become adjusted to them. Will be coming back for further checks and with confidence believe there wont be any problems. Yes, I would recommend New Sound to anyone and their products seem to be very competitively priced.

Purchased aid for NewSound and the service was great. Have since tried to get details of the aids and service details, but to no avail. They refuse to answer my emails. Not at all happy with the after sales service.
