We have never had a single issue renting here. We have quite a few things from here actually. The last thing we bought was a recliner couch and chair. Amazing transaction. We owned it in 6 months and are very happy with it. I would choose here over RAC or Aarons. High quality products and high quality service! Stop in and get something!! You will not be sorry!

Keith was very nice and explaining to me why they dont have a lot of furniture. I was looking for a TV stand and they hardly had any at all nothing at all what I was looking for.

Ive been using continental rental for over 20 years, Ive as always gotten great service and quality products.

They are great to work with for yrs, never had any issues fixing stuff always on top of things.

Worst experience ever !?! The manager and assistant manager cuss and swear at you when they don’t get there way. They leave threatening voicemails on your phone. Called me a thief and says I was stealing there property bc I asked to make different payment arrangements. They don’t like fixing things when they are broke they sold us a broke tv and fought us tooth an nail about fixing it, tried closing our account because they didn’t want to fix the tv. By far the worst experience I have ever had. There customer service is not exceptional and someone really should look into firing both Steve and Keith. They don’t need to work customer service what so ever !?!

I got my beautiful new bed from them a few months ago and I’m very pleased with their service always friendly when I come in I will be coming back for my future needs for sure. Thank you guys
