Talked to Sue on the phone once and she said she would call following monday and was ghosted . Talked about everything to get things done and never heard a word since. Rotten service at best!

Wish I could give no stars.....Everything went good initially I got the times I wanted to leave in time to come back....Sue told me a price I said okay she later called back and told me it would cost more I still said okay a few days later went to pick up all our travel information they changed the times from when I was to fly out I called and asked if I could have my time back even after you raised the price Sue basically told me it was a political thing and I mean she used the word political and could not change my time back that the airlines could change it at any time because of this I will never go back thanks for ruining the first part of my trip

My fiance called the agency on 4-17 and wanted some Information on a honeymoon package with specific dates and about the price range we would like to be around they said they would get back to us in a couple days. Needless to say we had to call 4-25 and they said yes we will get back to you. Well later this evening they did. The lady my fiance talked to was incredibly rude basically blowing her off and not being helpful at all asking her what we looked up and seemed annoyed we were calling wanting more information This is extremely unprofessional and I would never do business with someone who is so rude and bothered we called. Your company should be ashamed to allow someone so rude to work with potential customers.
