Dave the owner of Gepharts and his staff went above and beyond for my family .. We would recommend his funeral services to everyone they are understanding and caring people.. When others could care less they cared ! What they did for us we greatly appreciate it .. Trust me when I say they would travel and do their best to accommodate the family they will. My Mother’s sudden passing after a brief illness was devastating to my family. With the fortunate luck of Google I came across Gephart Funeral Home and Crematorium. They were so wonderful and kind and would recommend anyone to utilize their services.

I very much appreciated the efforts of the staff to address any concerns I had regarding arraignments for my Mothers recent passing. All inquiries were answered promptly and courteously. The staff at Gephart Funeral Home is very professional. They took the time to listen to our questions/concerns and provided us with prompt and knowledgeable information. We were treated with compassion and respect during an extremely difficult time. Our family has used the services provided by Gephart for many years and plan to do so in the future.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful at a time when you need help the most. They treat you like family members. They go out of their way to make the people mourning a loss, of a loved one, feel as little pain and sorrow as possible.

The staff was very helpful, kind and compassionate as we made plans for a family member under hospice care. Rico went above and beyond in preparing prayer cards, the obituary, and cremation services as well as assisting with Social Security notification and insurance benefits. His pre-planning assistance relieved us of the burden of trying to make arrangements in a time of grief and sorrow. The Gephart staff has followed up with calls, texts and written correspondence making sure our needs were met after the service as well.

During the very difficult time of losing my mother. Tyler did a great job helping us thru the whole process. He basically held our hands like my mother would have done and made sure we took care of everything. Thank you Gephart for your kindness and support, especially during Covid.

They went above and beyond helping me with my brothers funeral. If it wasnt for Tyler we would not been able to have a proper funeral.

Dont go here. They have a very nice funeral home, too bad the staff is rude. I had two problems with the greeter. First I was straight ignored when asking where the bathroom was, twice. Second I was not aware I couldnt have a drink in the chapel, and when I was told, it was There is a lounge downstairs for a reason. I received many dirty looks because I was in and out of the building multiple times. The provide coffee, but thats it. No bottled water, just a few funny rating water fountains. I recommend you go to Cunningham/Taylor in Auburn, or Steele in Bay City.Also, there was 3 or 4 funeral homes going on at once, so not very personal, and definitely not enough parking.They only get two stars because they had a very clean and nice building. One star for the staff.
