I was down to the wire trying to find a cab from my hotel to my office. I called Tri-City, and Jan was a life saver. I was stranded across the country and needed to get to Detroit airport from bay city. I had been trying to get a taxi,uber,lyft since 230am. Most places were closed or they just laughed at me. I called here and Jan was able to pick me up and get me to the airport on time. Jan was very personable, kind, and attentive.

I love this taxi service. My dog needed medical attention and I had no way to get him there. I was losing hope till I called them and they gave me a ride. It was worth the money. The driver Jan, had to drive in not the best weather, but she got us there and was very sweet to my dog. My dog could have gotten an infection and died, so I am so happy I found this place and will definitely use them again.

Couldn’t provide a ride from a short distance in Bay City on a Friday night. Was told it would be at least an hour wait. Not a reliable form of transportation.

As far as Im concerned, this is the ONLY RELIABLE taxi service in the tri-city area. I was left stranded at 5am by another service and needed to get to the airport. Literally no one in Bay City was awake except this guy who picked me up within 10 minutes, called me to tell me he was close, and got me to the airport safe and within enough time to get my flight. Thank you so much tri-city taxi!

Warned us about a puking fee and make sure we were alright. Great at conversation. Called 7/11 and ordered pizza for us. 10/10 would recommend.

Tri City Taxi answered my call, and even though they dont normally pick up customers in Saginaw (because theyre based in Bay City), saved the day. Great service, friendly driver, and a reasonable fare.

Helped us out with transportation for a party of ten. Handled all of our travel to dinner, out on the town, and back to our hotel. Very punctual and reliable. Made our night more memorable!

I have used a couple of different taxi services in the Bay City area and I must say that I like Tri-City Taxi the best.They are friendly, prompt, and vehicles are newer & kept very clean. I would also like to say... I like how out of town runs are a flat rate and anywhere I have gone in Bay City has been run on the meter. Other taxis I have used didnt have meters so I feel I was being ripped off.

Very professional. Very timely service. I highly recommend Tri-City to my friends. The vans are new and clean. The drivers are very pleasant and friendly. They always have change for you (unlike other cab companies in this city). They know the city well and often take the most expedient route (read: least miles). My Jeep is broken, so I rely upon them to get me home after work most nights.
