I had to have the main water line into my house patched.They checked to see if it was possible to patch the line as opposed to replacing which saved me a couple grand.The two guys who came (sorry, I forgot their names) were laid back and easy to talk to. Worked efficiently and were very professional. Didnt seem bothered by my kids. No complaints here.

Dispatcher or secretary was very pleasant, call dishes before they came out just like she had said. Nicest young man I ever had come out to fix anything; he had fixed the clog in bathroom but not long enough for kitchen so he went back to get a longer one. He worked so hard at it and made sure everything worked perfect Very pleased with their work today.

I used this service when my basement suddenly had a sewage back up from the main city line. They were fast, professional, and extremely friendly. Also more affordable than services Ive used at previous houses! Definitely will be my go to for future concerns.

Had a tech out to service my clogged 3 line below my toilet. He was thorough in ensuring the problem was solved after snaking the line, and ensured everything was functioning as intended before leaving. The company was beyond professional and actually put care and thought into their work. Sometimes you get a tech who is in a pinch and doesnt do a the best job which is understandable, but I truly feel this company is willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend them.

I would definitely call them for all my sewer repair needs, they were very professional and punctual. From the time I called and they arrived and had my sewer repaired was about two hours total on a Sunday, their name says it all.

I called Dependable after our Sump Pump failed and our basement flooded. They were able to send a technician out the next day and he was great. The first time the guy was here he couldnt fix the problem. Another guy came and tried. Neither guy could fix the problem. They still charged us $170.00. We called Sams and they had the problem fixed in an hour.

Super dependable- needed our septic cleaned out. came earlier than expected. We weren’t home. Roger kept in contact with me as to what was going on. I have absolute trust in this company. They do what they say they are going to do.

Waited for them four times never showed up and when I called they kept telling me different things first my estimate was free then all of a sudden I had to pay $185 for an estimate they kept changing dates and times on me. Then the lady had an attitude with me on the phone because I called her back (I really need my pipe fixed ) and told me they came out to my house (I’ve been home) and no one was home I’m so flustered with them it’s ridiculous.

I didnt want to leave a star at all. Came out looked around the house didnt once check any traps or vents. Then they didnt tell us anything what was wrong. Told everyone but us. Mind you I paid him in full when he came. Sat in his truck for 20 minutes on the phone. Mailed my receipt to the owner of the park I live in when called and questioned about it the lady on the phone says the owner must of stole it out of my mailbox mind you its a 2 1/2 hour drive and he knew what day it was going to be there and what mailbox was mine they accuse him of right and his name on the receipt, had a call and get somebody other sewer company to come out to finally get to the problem,. I wouldnt recommend them at all to anybody

They were early on a Sunday and took care of my sewer problem. Luckily it was only tree roots that caused the problem. They covered my steps to the basement so the machine wouldnt get them dirty. Great job!

Not sure about sewer work but hard NO on plumbing again. The plumber Bob didnt return calls, show up when scheduled, quit his job then went back? They had nobody to replace him, very difficult to deal with, told me I should pay him more after he stole all the copper pipe out of my house then replaced it with plastic. Terrible overpriced experience. $1000 for 7 hrs of work that took weeks to get finished. Paid 1/2 in advance so I was stuck.

Been using Dependable for a number of years with good service. That changed.Had a basement drain back up they cleared in September, but had to come back in December for the same thing. The guy that came today was on time and seemed to do a good job. Problem is with the guy that came in September. He used the little machine, which didnt quite do the job, hence this recent back up. He also didnt secure the drain lid, so this new back up was on two places...much more of a mess to clean up. Although within 90 days of their last visit, they still charge me. September job only covered 30 day warranty. Im assured this job has a warranty of 90 days. Looks an awful like Im charged twice for incompetent work. Its a shame as theyve usually been pretty good, but I may look elsewhere next time.

Dependable should NOT be a part of the name of this company! Twice they didnt show up when they were supposed to, and didnt even bother to call to say they were running late or werent coming! The last time I called, the lady said she would call the guy who was assingned to me to see when he would be able to come and she would call me back. It is now 20 minutes later, and Im still waiting on that phone call.

We have been customers for sewer cleaning for many years.They always get it working again. The Techs are nice and knowledgeable, their uniforms are clean and the price is right. Adam was the tech who came today, He was efficient and very nice.. We have recommended Dependable to many people.

After waiting the entire day for someone to show up, they ended up being a no show. I was told multiple times from dispatch they were still coming, that they’d call me with a time. I finally got a call at almost 7pm that he was drinking and wouldn’t make it. I’d suggest lying to people at this point, since I had to wait around all day and cancel my plans for nothing. Not to mention a bad sewer line in my basement and my house whole stunk. Sad part is, I was referred to this company from a reputable builder in the area. I called another company first thing next morning and someone was at my house by 11:30 am and they fixed our problem.

So glad we chose to go with this company over the others! They came out the same day, which was not available with other companies when calling for quotes. These guys were experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. In less than 45 minutes, they had my sewage pipes leading to my septic (under my tiny outdoor crawl space), cleaned out and unplugged from hair and years of gunk build-up. The pricing was fair and affordable. Myself and my family are extremely happy with the overall service and outcome. Will highly recommend this company to others and call them for all future plumbing/sewer needs.

I called Dependable on 11/12/19 around 9PM for my bathroom toilet backing up into my tub. Shane showed up and was amazing. Very detailed and professional. I have never had to use a emergency service like this and they were amazing. I expected the price to be through the roof and they were very affordable. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Horrible company to deal with. Came to my house and spent 10 minutes at my house and dug up my septic tank cover. Told me I needed it pumped. I had them come and pump it and paid. They told me no charge to dig up the cap since I was having them pump the tank. I paid them to pump the tank. Then I get a bill for $110 because they came over and spent 10 minutes digging up my cap. I could see if I didn’t have them pump it but they did and told me there was no charge. $110 to come over and spend 10 minutes digging up my cap and not telling me I owe anything for it and then sending a bill in the mail is just shady. I could say a whole lot more about you guys too but I’ll let other customers find out for themselves how un reliable “dependable” sewer is.

I called at 9:15 on a Wednesday night and they were there before the quoted time. The service tech laid down drop cloths to protect my carpeting and got the job done. I have used them for years and will continue to call them when I have a sewage backup

The previous two times Ive called this place they werent able to give me a time and I waited 6-10 hours before calling someone else (Alert Sewer) and he was able to show up within the hour... dependable sewer is anything but dependable.

Ive had ongoing problems with my sump pump, including 2 failures in the last 4 years resulting in flooded basement. On Super Bowl Sunday, my sump pump was stuck on and I called Dependable. Justin came to our house that day and installed a temporary sump pump. While here, Justin observed that our sump pump discharge line appeared to be leaking back into the footing tiles, which brought the same water right back to our sump crock. We scheduled Dependable to come back and examine our sump line with a camera, and sure enough they found the line was broken just outside our basement wall. They attempted to hand dig down to the sump line to repair it, but due to the small space and the gravel fill they couldnt complete the job. They recommended (for a small added charge above the quoted repair cost) to bring an excavator and install an entirely new sump discharge line. That project was successful. Through several visits to our house by multiple employees from Dependable, they did leave some messes. On one occasion they didnt show up when scheduled due to other emergencies they had to deal with, and I finally had to call to see if they were coming. Their communication can be improved in that area. But overall, I am very satisfied with their service. Justin in particular was very helpful and considerate, and went out of his way to help and accommodate. When I asked him to clean up their mess, he was apologetic and they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves at their next visit. Dependable worked with me to help manage costs and provided options for scope of work, schedule and payment. I feel like the work they did was good quality, their price was fair and they responded well to my communication and requests. Somebody give Justin a raise - he is a top quality professional!

I called at about 3pm the day after Christmas to set up a clean out for the next day. They told me they could get there that day still. I said I didnt want to pay after hours fees and the next day would be fine. They informed me that their rates dont change. So I agreed and about an hour later they called and said they were on their way. Eric G. Showed up and worked like a dog for 3 hours, running that cutter out to 100 ft. And back, over and over, about 20 times. I was very surprised at how low the bill was when all was said and done. I havent had a clean out in several years and last time it was a competitor. This bill was lower than that one. I will use dependable for all my future needs. Very well done. Thanks Eric!

Call was placed before 10am. Whoever was answering phone said that crew member going to be at the location in 2 hours. Worker showed up around 8pm. Frustrating thing that I had to call back and check what is going on and why it takes so long. Would appreciate some kind of call or heads up that time of service will be pushed back 8 hrs. I just wasted my time waiting and If I knew that instead of 2 hrs of wait, it would be 10 I would plan my day accordingly. Zero respect for my time is the most frustrating thing because I understand everyone is busy, but instead of feeding me lies of 2 hours wait time could of said that it will take a while. I just sat around waiting and had to call back every 2 hours....Company was also notified that two workers will have to be sent due to special circumstances of the job. They disgraced it and when one worker showed up he had to wait for some time for another one because again no one listen to the customer about needing 2 crew members. Crew members were young guys and did good job but luck of communication and waste of time is something that has to be addressed.

Sent two young guys to do snake the line 50 feet. They were nice but were trying to sell me an $1000 + job. They did not wipe up their snaking mess until I told them to since I watched the whole time. They also left dirty hand prints all over my bathroom that I had to clean up. I figured out from my cousin that is a plumber, that it was a venting issue and that this company is what they call commission based services.

They say that what they fixed is right so sorry for my luck but they will take more money to fix my NEW issue..The issue is coming from the same area fixed but I am no expert, all I know is Im out of money and my home is no longer livable until I can get things resolved........Most people dont like to go over what someone else did so I am looking at having the plumbing rerouted altogether..Just have to find someone to do it

One of the worst service experiences I’ve had with a business. Completely UN-Dependable. We had the sewer cleaned, only to have it back up a month later. Called on the weekend, they said they’d send someone out. He never came. They said they’d send someone out on Monday morning. All day passed, no one came. They said they’d have someone out first thing on Tuesday. Same story. Choose a reputable company, this one is not.

These guys were amazing. Worked on our drain for over 12 hours and pumped the water put of our basement. Very reliable and came very highly recomended would definitely use them for all our drain needs

Sam came out to take care of the sewer line. He ran into issues and had to return the next day to complete the work. Not nice ppl. Two younger gentlemen showed up, late, using pretty fowl language. They broke my cap to my cleanout and wanted to charge me $160 to fix it. After a couple hours of this nonsense I just told them to leave. I called someone else and they took care of everything.

We have our neighbors trees planted on our houses main sewer line. Dependable Sewer has finished the clean out without any problem everytime! Price is just right and no complaints. Both employees were vary helpful today and all the others also.Thanks again.

I’ve dealt with a few different sewer and plumbing services and Dependable Sewer is by far the best. They are so reliable and so professional. They will NOT over charge you the way a lot of places do. I am beyond satisfied with the service they provided and i would recommend them any day of the week. I live in a very modest neighborhood and everyone around here uses the same company, Dependable Sewer.

USERS BEWARE!! I’ve have never dealt with such an unprofessional company!! All their competitors are within their price ranges only they actually do their jobs and have good customer services! Their dispatchers are horrible! They say they can’t get a hold of me when I have to call back multiple times because they refuse to answer! They get irritated when you try to have them follow through on their job that they’ve already committed to! I called around 5:30/6pm and they told me they would be here between 10pm and midnight! Which is already absolutely absurd! I trusted they would come out so I booked the apt! They constantly didn’t show and I called back Over 5 times to check on people ETA! Then they pushed it back between midnight and 2am and then finally I call again to ask why they aren’t here doing their job and they claim they called me already!? And NEVER CALLED! Then blames me basically or Implys it’s my fault they couldn’t get through! Then they asked if they could come tomorrow! What a joke! My basement is flooding and you’ve no showed me, of course you can’t come take my money tomorrow! I don’t trust the quality of their work at this point I don’t beleive they ever had intentions of coming and I could hear people laughing in the background joking on some of the dispatch calls! Totally unprofessional, I would never trust them in my home or around my family or property after they showed their character and business ethics tonight! Save yourself time and money and go the the competitor from the jump! I can however suggest drain surgeon! Or any other 24he plumbing in the midland area!

We lost our well at the house and had no running water, we decided to have city water hooked up and needed a contractor to come in and install a water line from the house to the road. I called dependable and the same day I called them, within a hour Troy was at the door to see what I needed. The estimate was reasonable so we went with them. Because of the situation being without water, Troy adjusted his schedule to help us out. And within the week Troy and his partner installed the line. They were very helpful throughout the process pulling permits and coordinating the hookup with the township and county. They did an outstanding and very professional job even the guy from the country committed on how nice of a job they did. I would highly recommend dependable to anyone who needs a professional plumbing job done.

Dependable Sewer had been serving our needs since 2013 and they never failed to deliver excellent and quality service. Their staff are all courteous, skilled and professionals. They sure know what they are doing. We had them just recently, Jan. 14, 2016 to work and fix our sewer system. Result is great and outstanding. Have used Dependable in the past and didnt have a problem. This morning at 9:30am, I call because our basement was flooded again and was quoted a time between 2pm-4pm. At 4:30pm, we hadnt received a call, so I call for an ETA. I was told a couple of hours. I call again at 6:30pm and was told, maybe by 8pm theyd be here. My basement still has water coming in. Also, our neighbor called at 9am and was taken care of before noon. Not so dependable...

Never paid for any Services (thankfully and never will) but one of their workers who drives a van is a VERY reckless driver. Tailgates other drivers, speeds past them when traffic is already going faster than the speed limit. That driver sends a bad business message based on their driving skills. There are other people on the road with kids. Have some respect.

Poor customer service, does not keep appointments. On Monday morning I called to set up an appointment for Friday afternoon to have them come give me an estimate and hopefully fix some drain pipes that arent right. By 4:30 pm on Friday they hadnt shown up yet so I called to see what was going on. I was told they wouldnt be able to make it out, even though I had set up an appointment 5 days prior. Not only that Im very upset I didnt even get a courtesy call letting me know they wouldnt be able to make it. Just horrible customer service.
