We really like their method of cleaning the carpet. It dried very fast and the spots didnt come back. Both times it was a very polite young man. He showed up on time and did a great job!

I had a very bad traffic area through the bedroom, and someone had even gotten sick and it stained. I called at 10:15 this morning, they got here at 10:30. The tech was prompt, friendly, got right to it, was done and packet up shortly after 11 am. The Carpet looks fantastic!! Stain is gone! Within 45 min the carpet is dry!! All for a great price. I will definitely call them again! 😁

I had a terrible experience with a steam cleaning company, our carpets were so wet they buckled, but your method is quick and effective and the carpets immediately come back to life with very little drying time. Jen and her crew came into my moms apartment and was able to get out stains that I never thought they could. They were highly professional and did an outstanding job. I will definitely use them again for any future cleanings.

EDIT: They sent someone out today to redo my floors. He did an great job ,even by himself. I am now a happy customer! Im very happy they were willing to fix the problem. .....Im not one to ever right a bad review but I have to be honest. My mom and I hired them to do 2 bedrooms , living room and one rug and Im so upset ! For one the cleaner pictured is not what they brought. They brought an old vacumm and old home carpet cleaner. There is no difference in the carpet or rugs . they stayed maybe 30 minutes total and it looks awful! I know am out the 100 they were paid and whatever it will cost to hire another company ! Awful job guys !

I live in a two story house with an off white carpeted staircase starting from a hardwood floor. I have two small children (2&4) that come in from playing outside in bare feet and walk directly up the stairs. Imagine how the first 3 or 4 steps look under those conditions... When the JennTec team was finished, the carpet looked new... They will be doing work for me again.

The technicians arrived on time, were friendly and worked quickly. This type of cleaning keeps the carpet nap looking nice. In fact, the carpeting looks new rather than several years old. In my opinion, steam cleaning makes the nap look fuzzy. JennTec did a great job.

Ive used the traditional carpet cleaning guys for years without complaints except for maybe the moisture and dampness of my carpets. When I learned about Jenntec’s dry method I decided to give them a try. I have to say that I was surprised at how good of a job that they did. The carpets were just a clean or cleaner than the other guys, but with ZERO dry time. Great job!
